We do want future guests to know that the photos in our listing accurately represent the property and are not edited to misrepresent its condition. While this is an older condo, we work hard to keep it well maintained and accurately portrayed. When you reached out during your stay, our team responded promptly and offered to have housekeeping return to address your cleanliness concerns right away. While we understand you chose not to move forward with that option, we always want to resolve issues as quickly as possible whenever they're brought to our attention. We appreciate your comments about the furnishings so we can review those items with the owner as we continue making improvements. Regarding the balcony and grounds, we unfortunately have little control, as the HOA handles all exterior aspects of the property. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable stay, and we're sorry we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.

As for the laundry, I do want to note that we have two areas on site for guests to do laundry, as well as detergent available for purchase here in our front office! You can always feel free to stop by for some assistance on your next trip!

We are located right on the Deschutes river, just a ten minute walk to downtown and only a 7 minute drive to the Old Mill. The office on site is also open daily from 9:00am-10:00pm for any immediate needs or even for a friendly recommendation of some yummy places to eat! Cheers!

If you are looking to stay somewhere that is in one of the best locations in Bend this is certainly it! We are just a ten minute walk to downtown and located right along the beautiful Deschutes river! This is the perfect work spot as you are in walking distance of everything, have a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, and you are able to sit out on your private balcony and enjoy some relaxation after a long hard day! We hope to be seeing you back for another visit in the future, its surely a hard spot to beat!

That said, we’re really sorry to hear about the floors not being up to standard. Crawling little ones deserve a clean space too, and we’ll be following up with our housekeeping team to ensure a deeper floor clean before every stay. What a review, Jennifer! Having the two separate rooms to be able to fan out and enjoy your space after a long day of adventuring with everyone is a must! Having the pool and hot tub is just another added bonus. We hope to see you all back again soon, take care!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the seamless check-in, the easy walk into town, and the direct access to the Deschutes; it’s such a special part of this location. That said, we’re sorry the unit felt dated and the floors were dirty... We will schedule a deep clean on this unit as soon as possible so that we can ensure future guests have the best experience possible. Next time, give us a call so that we can go through our units together. With all of them being individually owned, they all look quite different from one another.

Many owners have done full scale remodels while others have chosen to do smaller remodels. We are sorry to hear that others were not considerate of their noise level. Our front desk staff is always happy to help enforce our quiet hours! We will let the owners know of your suggestion to upgrade the mattress and pillows. We will have our maintenance technician take a look at the shower and see if we can make it any easier to operate. We would love to have the opportunity to host you again in one of our newly remodeled condos!

Our housekeeping takes great pride in their work and uses eco-friendly products to clean our units and our on-site front desk staff are always happy to work with everyone to ensure they have all they need to enjoy and relax during their stay with us. Upon reviewing your conversation with our staff, we see that you stopped communication abruptly after we offered to bring you an Ozium as a first attempt to resolve the smell. Unfortunately, our staff are unable to resolve situations without guest involvement when someone is staying in the room, so without your permission, we were unable to address your complaint. In the future, we'd recommend that you call our office, as there will always be someone on the other end that wants to hear what you have to say and do everything in their power to make your trip as pleasant as possible.
