This unit offers sleeping for up to 5 adults (or 4 adults and two little ones) in two separate areas. Feel free to bring along two furry friends, as this unit is pet friendly!
Your party and up to 2 pets will feel right at home in this cozy unit - complete with a full kitchen that is well-equipped for your vacation cooking needs, whether you're craving a home cooked meal or just need to refuel between your Central Oregon adventures! The kitchen includes an apartment-sized oven with four stove-top burners, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. The dining room table can be left as is, with 2 seating options, or you can pull it out and grab up to 4 more matching chairs to enjoy a meal with everyone!
People love staying here because the condo has ample space for all to spread out, including two queen-sized beds, a futon that can comfortably sleep 2 little ones or 1 adult when opened up, and two bathrooms – both with a shower/tub combo. The main living area, which hosts the Murphy bed and futon, has seating for four where you can gather around the gas fireplace or kick back on the plush recliner to watch something on the 65” flatscreen TV, all while appreciating a stunning view of the Deschutes River!
Privacy is key here. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed as well as its own bathroom, another Smart TV, a dresser, and closet space. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a lockable communicating door. Both TVs have basic cable, but since the owner purchased and installed the Smart TVs you are also able to login to your own personal streaming service!

With river access, a neighboring park, and a short, walkable distance along the river trail to downtown Bend, you get the ability to enjoy the incredible restaurants and breweries while being completely immersed in the natural beauty of the Deschutes River. The adjacent historical Pioneer Park is a beautiful green space with a gazebo, picnic tables, and lots of room to set up a blanket or throw the ball for your pup!
