Excellent

Nice cozy home for a get-away vacation. Could see the ocean and the Wright Brothers Memorial from the Crow's Nest. The house was very clean and was well equipped. The weather was perfect for mid-April.

Vacation Stay!

This house was perfect to stay at! The house was cute and very comfortable to stay in! Neighbors were nice and the walk from the beach is not far! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you to the Owner's and Shoreline OBX!

Cozy and comfortable, close to the beach and centrally located. However, on arrival we were very disappointed to see the stairs and deck in deplorable condition. Stair treads cracked, warped boards at the top, and railings loose and wobbly, rotted wood in places and the upper deck has loose railings and seemed to sway. We had to extract several splinters from holding on to the railings. As an older couple it was dangerous and we had to be very careful. I will give kudos to Shoreline for sending someone out to temporarily "fix" and evaluate the problem. Until that deck is completely replaced, I would not recommend as choice for a rental. The inside was nice but could use some updating.

2 week stay in Kill Devil Hills

The property was very clean and tidy when we arrived and very well equipped, it was a slow 7min stroll (I timed it) to the beach. I think we chose well! There was a problem with the storm door and no more than 1hr later someone turned up to resolve it! Really good! I'm happy to recommend the property.

OBX Summer Vacation

The house is very close to the Ocean Bay Beach Access . The Crows Nest is absolutely perfect for Sunning , morning coffee, evening unwinding . The crows nest also has perfect views of the Wright Brothers Memorial on one side and Ocean views on the other .The outside covered deck is a nice space for hanging out with a cool breeze. Lots of space under the house for grilling and hanging out . Did I mention the outside shower ? This is perfect for rinsing off the sand or just showering .

This property is very small for a family of 4 or 5, of course they won’t tell you the square footage in the description. Basically you have to bring everything yourself including the shampoo and body wash. The communication with the host is kind of annoying and bad too. My impression is they don’t care about you!!!We will definitely NOT come back for sure!!!

Oh, we care deeply about our guests and homeowners. What we don't care deeply about.... is when YOU call up yelling at us. We don't have time for that. Please do not rent through us again.

Great location! Beach access only couple minutes walk. It was very hot, heat index was 110 so ac couldn't keep up during the day but othwr than that no complaints

The rental was much smaller than I anticipated. It was fairly clean. There were cobwebs all over the living room. The porch had a wasp nest. We didn't have cable tv which was an inconvenience for my husband and I . We don't watch Netflix or Hulu so we didn't get to watch tv in the late evening .
