Wonderful experience

We have been coming to OBX on and off for 18 years! This was by far the best experience and home we had! Thanks for an absolutely lovely experience! We loved the house! The layout was just what we needed!

Overall a great place to stay

Great location. Some traffic noise but not an issue for our family. Our only recommendation would be to consider stocking the kitchen a bit better for families that like to cook meals in…ie a casserole or Pyrex dish, food storage containers, cookie sheet, ice cream scoop. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay!

Great stay at La Casa Blanca. Walk to the beach is easy. Only complaint is the noise from the main road. The house was spotless and smelled great. A great option and centrally located to everything from Corolla to Hatteras. Amazon Fire/Roku TV worked with all our apps. Couldn’t ask for much more. Great property.

The house was perfect beautiful just wish it wasn’t on a main road just very loud. I should have looked into that more. The bed down stairs in master was just not good couldn’t sleep needs a box spring. So had to move upstairs to the bed toward street which was noisy but Atleast slept with a more comfortable mattress. That should be in the master in my opinion. Otherwise fenced in yard great for the dogs. Lots of walking.

The home was beautifully built. The owners did a great job with the design. And what I have to say about the home is not at any fault of the owners. I loved this home!! I loved that it was dog friendly and we were able to take our dog. Upon arrival the house wasn’t very clean. I was pretty disappointed in that aspect. If a family departs by 9am and the next family isn’t aloud to check in until 5pm that house should be clean. That’s 8 hours. The floors were filthy, there were dead bugs and dust visible in the window sills. Sand on kitchen countertops. Mold on the shower walls. If there were a family in the home every week why was there mold growing in the grout joints on the walls? It isn’t something that difficult to clean, it just takes a brush and cleaner. Overall our stay was nice, I just feel like the cleanliness wasn’t there.

Our check-in and check-out times are set to allow our teams enough time to prepare the homes, as our cleaners are often responsible for several properties in a day. That said, we always do our best to get guests in as early as possible, and we’re glad we were able to have your home ready for you by 11:30 a.m. that morning. A week at LA Casa Blanca

Our stay LA Casa Blanca was most enjoyable. The house was neat and clean and decorated tastefully.. A few maintenance issues came up but were resolved by Seaside in a timely fashion. The only negitive issue was the noise level caused by its location on the main highway running through Kill Devil Hill.

Family beach memories

The home was beautiful very accommodating for us and our fur baby. It could use a few more baking and cookware. It was convenient to all and anything you wanted to do.
