Great house with all the amenities. Well stocked kitchen . Plenty of room with 2 living areas and fenced in patio/ yard. Great for the kids and easy walk to the beautiful beach!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 1 baby and we all fit comfortably. Very accurate to the listing photos and really is walking distance to the beach (as in just a few houses away!). The host was very communicative and helped arrange a BabyQuip drop-off prior to our arrival to make the arrival process smoother. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a rental property super close to the beach and in a central location on Cape Cod.

Great family friendly house and neighborhood steps from the beach. We stayed over the July 4th week and had a great time. Amazing fireworks on the beach on the holiday. The house itself was very clean and well stocked (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and shed with beach equipment). Marie was very responsive prior to and after our stay (we didn’t really have any questions for her while there). One suggestion is to memorize or screenshot the check in code before arrival as the cell service is pretty spotty there, at least it was for us. Would definitely recommend this home

Cape Cod Getaway

We all enjoyed an absolutely fantastic few days. Location was close to downtown and only a very short walk to the beach. The house was perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend and we hope to return.

Summer vacation - Harwich

We loved our stay at this house. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the couple minute walk to the beach. We found the amenities just as advertised and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Amazing location

Couldn’t have been happier with the house and overall location, was absolutely beautiful & so picturesque, very pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed it!!

Family Getaway

My family had a lovely stay here. You can't beat the location - it's a very quick and easy walk to the beach. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need; plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, cooking supplies, beach chairs and beach towels, etc. The owner is very responsive and was quick to answer any questions or rectify any issues. Would recommend to others.

Our week at this lovely home could not have been better! Marie has provided everything a guest would need to be comfortable...we wanted for nothing. Her home was immaculate and comfortable with plenty of room for my husband and I, our two adult daughters, son-in-law, and three grandchildren to spread out. The beach was only four houses away on a private road and it is a beautiful long and wide stretch of soft sand...just perfect!! Marie provided plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, and a beach cart to carry everything. Harwichport is a sweet small Cape Town with lots to do and we also spend a good amount of time in nearby Chatham shopping and dining. We hope to return for future vacations!! Thank you, Marie!!

Relaxing and comfortable beach vacation

We really enjoyed our week here. The house is very clean and comfortable and we spent many evenings lounging in the backyard and living room. The proximity to the beach was also great. The house is only 3 bathrooms (1 is bathroom is an outdoor shower, and the listing should be changed to reflect that). Also, the kitchen was well-stocked but there was a significant amount of expired food in the freezer/ cabinets. Other than those two issues, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the house.

Thanks for the review! We appreciate the feedback. Half the freezer (2 distinct sections) and shelves were left empty for renters, but we’re happy to clear everything if that is an issue. Master bath- walk in shower, tub Second floor bath- walk in shower First floor bedroom- walk in shower Outdoor shower I’ll check VRBO but I’m pretty sure that is how it is advertised. Thanks for choosing our house!

family reunion on cape cod

Great house for a family reunion. 4 bedrooms, One bedroom actually has 4 beds. Well stocked kitchen. Clean, great bathrooms as well. Air conditioning. Walking distance to beach. We also used barbecue alot and nice back patio to eat outside. Marie was very responsive to questions I had about the place. Harwich where house is located is well situation on cape cod and close to lots of attractions. NIce large supermarket close as well. We had a great time

Girls weekend

We had a big group of 10 women and the house felt large enough to comfortably fit us all. There was plenty of room and we could spread out without a problem. The kitchen had all the necessities for proper dinner prep. We did have some Wi-Fi issues. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice but could use a few hooks right outside of the shower. A large, full-length mirror somewhere upstairs would be a plus. The patio was nice with multiple seating areas and a new grill. The beach was a quick walk, very pretty and clean..
