There are plenty of properties that have nice amenities and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first one I found that is quiet yet you can walk to a coffee shop and still feel like you’re away from all the hustle and bustle.

Very quiet and clean. Very close to the main strip in town but just far enough to where you can’t hear the cars at night. It’s right on the river. Good smallmouth bass fishing. Plenty of room and the beds were comfortable.

We had such a wonderful time in Tennessee! The location was perfect—close enough to everything we wanted to do but still gave us a sense of peace and quiet. The place we stayed was fantastic, though we were missing a kettle to make my morning tea! I loved the view from the balcony and even spotted a bear crossing the river. I’m already looking forward to coming back next fall to see the beautiful fall colours.

Probably the best location we have ever stayed at in the Smokies! Off the beaten path, super quiet with mountain views and river in the backyard. Being by traffic light 3 it was easy in and out no matter where you wanted to go. For those that know you can get to the back roads from that light(bypass the parkway). Bonus was the Iron Forge brewery is literally in the side yard for a quick meal or some great brews. Super clean, very comfy beds and all the amenities of home. Very clean and fresh smelling inside as well. We would highly recommend this unit/location.

Nice quiet area. Beautiful home with nice view of the river. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for the family. Kids loved the bunk beds with their own personal TVs. Will stay again.

The owner is very prompt in answering any questions! Very positive first impressions of the condo: cleanliness, floor plan etc. Furnishings are very nice, plenty of seating for all 4 of us-both inside and the balcony. Loved the gliders on the balcony, nice mountain & creek views! Lots of windows for natural light and good lighting after dark. I personally loved the glider rocker inside! The beds……oh so comfortable!! Everyone in our group raved about the beds! TV’s in every bedroom are great(including the bunk bed cubbies!).Gas stove is nice, both types of coffee makers available along with a toaster.Primary bedroom is spacious & the en-suite……just wow lol.The location of this condo is ideal, 5-mins off the parkway and so quiet. Easy in & out.All of us loved our stay here, if our group is back in the area….this is the first place we’ll check for availability……and may have to adjust our plans to match availability!! Very positive experience!

Spacious and clean (some dust and little details missed in the bunk beds) . Excellent area on the river. Quiet and not busy even mid July. Kitchen is very well equipped. Just for reference, the bunk beds are right next to the entrance. Was not a problem for our kids, but may be of note to some. Overall excellent stay. Pleased several picky adults as well as a teen girl and young boy. Highly recommended.

Great place and great location.

We Had a great stay! The place was comfortable and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Great stay

This is a great condo in a quiet, out of the way area, but still really close to downtown. It's clean and very spacious - plenty of room for people to spread out. We would stay there again!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the river—it was so peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the quiet and the views. A wonderful stay, and we’d be happy to return!
