Let our treehouse style villa nestled in a quite cove of off MM17 help you relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake of the Ozarks. A short drive to everything Osage Beach has to offer, yet far enough away to allow you that time to connect with family & friends. You'll feel right at home in our newly renovated and well stocked kitchen. We love the open layout that the unique design of the villa provides. Make this your Lake of the Ozarks vacation home for many years to come.

This charming treehouse style villa with open floorplan is warm and inviting, and is a place you'll be able to make lasting memories. The main floor features a spacious bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. The upstairs loft with queen bed and half bath has a small nook for kids to explore. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, full bath, and private deck to relax and overlook the cove. Located just steps away from the seasonal pool, the villa is on the 3rd tier of the property from the lake and private swim dock. Near the heart of Osage Beach yet that secluded feeling of a quiet lake adventure.

Great place to stay with excellent hosts to boot. Was in town for Bikefest and it was the perfect location. The pool was a great place to cool off in the evening as temps were near 100.

We have been coming to this resort for over 20 years. Love the set up of the separate villas, pool and great location. There are a lot of steps to and from the swim dock, but that’s the Ozarks. Highly recommend staying in here.

Really enjoyed our mini vacation with our kids here. The property was very clean and maintained. The cove was quiet and very family oriented (especially for 4th of July weekend). Host responded quickly when we had questions. Definitely would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few cleaning issues that we noticed upon arrival. The hosts were very prompt in responding and took care of the issues quickly. We have already booked a stay for next year.

We had a fantastic stay at our Villa in Holiday Shores! Everything was clean, and there were plenty of towels, beach towels, toilet paper and supplies. Owner was excellent about communication whenever I had any questions. The pool and splash pad located just up the hill was a hit with my grandkids and they used it every day. The location was also ideal, as it was near some major stores like HyVee, Target and Kohl's. The area was also very safe for me to walk in to get my daily exercise. We highly reccomend staying here!

Easy Weekend Away

This is a nice property, perfect for meeting up with our daughter and fiancee from CoMO. Although it was chilly and we didn't try amenities like the pool, we enjoyed having a cozy fire both nights!

Nice location with everything you need

We enjoyed staying here! The deck and grill were so nice to use for dinner. Very quiet (in April) but I’m sure a bit more noise during peak season times. Very pretty view. Nice appliances and all the supplies we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. This place is quaint, clean, quiet and serene. The host was super helpful and accommodating. I even left my new back up iPhone there and they found it and shipped it back to me! That was a close one, whew. Thank you Dominic and Uma and your cleaners!We’re planning on staying here again for our next trip to the Ozarks.

Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful and quiet place to stay. The location is a short drive from everything which is a must if you’re bringing the kids. Property owners are very nice, quick to respond, and accommodating. I’ve stayed in many locations over the 14 years of coming there and this is in my top two without a doubt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tree House Villa

VERY nice, interesting layout, privacy for everyone. Spacious feel, equipped with everything you may need. Quiet, private, great views, little way to the lake but within walking distance. Close to everything near the Bagnell Dam & Lake. ENJOYED relaxing weekend, thank you!

We visited Lake of the Ozarks a couple years in a row before deciding to purchase this property. We decided on Holiday Shores as it was a very unique style and situated in a secluded cove providing both beauty and privacy. Being in close proximity to shopping and nightlife also makes this a compelling place to stay when visiting the lake.

We love the open feel of the main floor an saw this as a place for our family to come and enjoy time with eachother. We love to cook, play games, & relax making this a room for everyone.
