Always a pleasure to stay at this clean, pet-friendly place!

This was our second time staying at this suite and property and we only have good things to say about it. Definitely on our bookmarked vrbo properties!

Awesome spot for families with kids/dogs!

Very well designed suite with nice finishes, great welcome gift and super clean. The playground, toys and board games kept our kiddos easily entertained; and the off leash area for dogs was great. Will definitely stay again next time we're passing through!

It was a very enjoyable stay. The room was nice and the grounds were so peaceful. Just the ticket for a bit of relaxation. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience

We absolutely loved staying here. It is the cutest suite, nicely decorated, comfy, roomy, everything we needed. Owners were very responsive. Property is clean and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

I loved this place!

This place exceeded expectations! Beautiful property, nice and quiet in the mountains. Short drive to Chattanooga! Enjoyed the extra touches they put into the rooms for your stay! Would definitely stay here next time I come into Georgia!

Great place to stay!

We loved our time at this resort. You thought of everything from extra blankets to free cold drinks in the fridge. The ammenties were definitly a plus, the hammocks were a favorite. The rooms were clean and tidy. We would recommend to others. Thank you for a great stay!

Incredible experience

Beautiful property with spacious rooms. The place was extremely clean and had every thing we needed including coffee and towels. The owners were also very communicative and told us multiple time to let them know if we needed anything. 11/10 would stay again.

Affordable.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed or could need was there except a sponge to clean the dishes. I was very pleased with the staff and how friendly they were, the cleanliness of the room and the sleeping arrangements. Perfect for a family of 5. If we are in that area again, i know where we will be booking!

Just Like Home!

The apartment was so welcoming when we arrived. Pleasing decoration, a bit retro. Spic and span. The kitchen is very well furnished with everything we needed. Lots of personal attention and caring. Conveniently located near the battlefield parks. We would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment

The apartment was nice.. wasn’t sure what all was there, so came a little unprepared for what all we would need.. but cheers to miss Maggie… she was a jewel and went above and beyond to make us comfortable…..🥰…the overall building is under construction in places so it’s not so nice . Children enjoyed the play area…parking is limited in the front, and did find an outside door to easier access our room a day or so into our stay. The only thing was the staff was hard to find in person.. so the only communication we had was over the phone pretty much… they were quick to respond though….👍🏻

Eileen, I'm glad that Maggie was able to help with your needs. We are a small, family operation, and we reside onsite. We work 10 hour days M-Th., so that we do not impact guests on the weekends with construction. We are, however, always available to respond to calls/notes, since we're right here on the property. We are renovating the building, which is why we offer such reduced rates. As you saw, however, your Suite was fully renovated! I'm glad that your children enjoyed the playground. I know that the storms and heavy rain likely made exploring the walking trails and other amenities difficult the last few days.

A great place!

We stayed in suite 203 for two nights. We are a family of 5 and we fit comfortably. The suite was clean and cozy. The beds were VERY comfortable. We slept so well. We entered to a spacious kitchen/living room set up for our arrival, even with a bottle of wine for the parents to enjoy! The resort, while not "officially" open, (grand opening was scheduled for the day we left) was cozy and had a make yourself at home feeling which we appreciated. The manager was super kind. And even though she was busy preparing for their grand opening event, she was always quick to answer any of our questions. We would definitely return here. The resort is less than a 30 minute drive to Lookout Mountain and Cloud Canyon

Absolutely Fantastic !!

This was an absolutely amazing find ! The property was clean with lots of friendly faces . Owner and electrician both very helpful. ( I did not have any electrical issues , just helped us to our door ) The place was overall very clean and welcoming. Honestly was even better in person than we expected. 10/10 would recommend !

Great location, better service

Everything you could want + unmatched hospitality. Great place for a couple or the family. With an area to hike and a hot tube and sauna on site, this place offers a resort like experience.

Cute weekend getaway

We were in the area for a wedding and needed a reasonable place to stay. Unfortunately we didnt have much time to enjoy the property and amenities but we could've been happier with RSR. First off, Ms Jen was super responsive and really helped us out. Also, Ms Gracie was so sweet, helpful, and excited for all the future improvements they will making. We hope to get the opportunity to go back and really enjoy what they have to offer.

Nice safe area and clean space

We got the arrival instructions pretty late in the game but we got there, our host was friendly and helpful, and the location was really nice. Good property and safe area. We’d stay here again!

everything was nice

All was my expectations except for one thing....The hot tub wasn't on and or working. Not sure what was going on. Tried to turn up heat and nothing. But I understand it was also the time of year it could be hot or slightly cold from day to day. It wouldve been nice to know but yet again, no big deal and for price i was more than pleased!!!

Re-word listing

Our overall stay was great. Listing however states there is a toaster in kitchen and there was not one. Also, listing didn't mention 15 steps to ascend and descend. My wife is handicapped and has much trouble with stairs, but we coped. Also, ice maker doesn't work in refrigerator freezer, no water either. But the property was very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed our stay here.
