Our agent, Lynda, listened to what we needed and delivered in spades! They are always responsive and express appreciation for our business. Our rental was perfect! Many little details enhanced our stay, including adequate hooks in the bathroom, great living spaces and superb kitchen, lots of storage, labeled counters and drawers, comfy beds, and screened in porch. Just 2 blocks from the beach in a restful, quiet area, the home was very clean and well maintained. Thank you to our homeowners and Island Realty for a super vacation experience!

The house was dated but comfortable and clean. No spiders or bugs anywhere. Bed was comfortable. Screened porch was very nice. Walk to beach was a little strenuous for 70 year olds, carrying beach chairs and stuff. Lots of traffic/ golf carts. Beach access and beach were wonderful. The basement, garage area didnt work for our dog and was kind of dungeonlike, junk room, musty, so we didnt use.

Great BEACH HOUSE

Every dish utensil and cooking things that you need. Side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, of course. Two coffee makers, one pod one drip. Big roomie rooms, basement with darts, all the beach toys you need.

Weekend trip

Great house with everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating in living room/dining areas.

Fun with Friends

Stayed at the house for 4 nights and had a wonderful time on the IOP, as always. House was clean with nice kitchen and good hangout areas. Great stay!

Charming family and very dog-friendly beach house. Porch door & 2 gates, a dog could be left outside or inside. We loved that the beach access was a short walk away, outdoor shower, books galore, games, and great main floor layout for our family of 6 to hang out. A friend of mine and her 3 other family members stopped by to visit for dinner. Plenty of space. We plan to come back.

Great beach house

comfortable for a group of 8 - lots of beach equipment and bikes were appreciated. House is roomy with several rooms/area for gathering. large well supplied kitchen. Would be nice to have additional sleeping room or pool table/games on lower level. Could actually sleep a few more folks.

West Family stay in Isle of Palms

We loved the house and the location is ideal for the beach and access to the beatch. The only real complaint we had was the bed guest bedroom adjacent to the master is absolutely awful. The mattress neeeds to be replaced. Noone in my family could sleep on it Maybe a larger television? Beyond that...we loved it and would posssibly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The only complaint would be the hurricane shutters block our outside view, but we were able to overlook that because everything else was so nice! I would stay here again! Great screened in porch with rocking chairs!

Fabulous House

The photos on the listing doesn't do this house justice! The house was fantastic! Updated, clean and plenty of space for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen for holiday gathering. My only complaint is that there weren't any extra trash bags. Also the bedspreads were stained and not clean. Regardless we will definitely be back!.

We had room to separate for different activities, with great gathering places for games upstairs, in the basement, on the porches and outside. Bathrooms were both updated, as was the kitchen, but who needs the showers? We all loved the outside shower. Great storage for bikes, strollers, wheelchair. Understand the hurricane shutters, but they do block the views. Great location! Easy walk to the beach, convenient to so many areas. We will be back.

Pretty Amazing Place

The screened porch was a favorite by all! Would love to have a couch in the den area for the group versus 4 chairs. The shower near the King bed is super small. But we made it work and enjoyed the homey feel.
