Situato a soli tre isolati dalla spiaggia, questa casa accogliente dispone di una veranda protetta e solarium. Dal camino del soggiorno al solarium sopraelevato, dall'ampio e rustico tavolo da pranzo alla griglia a carbone per esterni, non c'��� niente che non ti serva per niente!

L'ampio, recintato cortile è dotato di doccia-house indipendente per risciacquare dopo la spiaggia. Ospita anche la lavatrice e asciugatrice, in modo da poter confezionare luce!

We had a great weekend getaway here with pup! The fenced-in yard is huge and stretches all the way around to the front of the house, which was especially nice with a dog. The house had everything we needed, and the walk to the beach was easy, only about five minutes. We were also able to walk to the nightlife area, although it was a bit of a hike. Rideshare was readily available when we didn’t feel like walking.One great feature was the rooftop deck. We had a clear night during our stay and enjoyed sitting up there and watching the stars.The one thing to be aware of is that the house is on a fairly busy road without sidewalks. Walking along the road with our beach wagon wasn’t our favorite part of the stay, but otherwise we really enjoyed the house and had a great weekend!

This rental is GREAT very clean and comfortable! Loved the fenced yard for our little doggie and all the beds are So comfy and bedding and towel supplies are perfect!

First time in Isle of Palms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property because it was a single story pet friendly home with a fenced yard and a king bed in the master bedroom. Loved the proximity to the beach, and the beach cart was a blessing! The kitchen needs some attention and organizing- incomplete measuring cup set, burners are intense, endless clutter, no true baking sheet or casserole pan. The trash can is missing a piece so you can smell the trash and our dog could see in it. The selection of games was great, but some were missing pieces and there was an entirely empty game box. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would stay there again. Bring bug spray!!

The house was in a great location and just as described. It is older, but well-kept and clean. The back yard was perfect for our dog. The master bedroom is huge! All the bedrooms were nice. I would stay there again.

Enjoyable stay.

Nice place

The house was cute, very clean and dog friendly with fenced yard. The only issue we had was that the grass is the backyard was not cut, it was knee high in some areas which was a bit of an issue with pur dogs, and the outside garbage cans were practically full with the last tenant's garbage. Other than that, great place to stay.

She wasn’t going to give up until it was completed! We also requested the grass to be cut and they came right away and took care of it! I would highly recommend this property and Island Realty!! This unit has one!Keep the grass cut . Especially when renting to people with a dog. Makes it easier to keep the yard clean

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, and the house location. While 404 Palm Blvd is one of the few remaining original beach homes on the Isle of Palms, the owners have invested in improvements each year since their recent ownership in 2018. Pending product arrival, the owners have the following punch items on their list for completion by end of 2022: new windows in dining room, new patio door for master, and updated stove.

IOP and Charleston Getaway

We wanted a dog friendly rental for an extended visit near our college student. The houses location near the beach was fantastic, especially the off leash morning beach walks with lots of new four legged friends. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the cathedral ceiling common area feels large. There was also plenty of private space for some remote work as well. Even board games were being played on the screened porch. Several nearby restaurants on IOP and Sullivans Island exceeded expectations and were super convenient. It’s also just a short drive into downtown CHS. While not directly on the beach, the houses close proximity makes you feel like you are. Even though it’s on the main road, it was very quiet and takes just a minute to get to the side roads. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Close walk to beach with everything we needed

We enjoyed our stay here. The house itself is on the older side, but the decor and cleanliness made it a pleasant stay. It had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen which was a plus and the couch and seating in living room was comfy to hang out during the evenings. The place smelled like dogs when we first got in but we bought a few candles and air freshener from Harris teeter just up the road and it was fine for the balance of the stay. The comments about the driveway being hard to get out of of we thought was unreasonable. We had no problems backing out ourselves so I wouldn’t read into that too much. A few drawers were broken in the kitchen that we had to keep putting back on it’s tracks, but aside from that one issue we had a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: House was comfortable and very well stocked. 5 minute easy walk to the beach with some beach gear provided. Fenced in yard was key for our dogs and management company was quick to respond and resolve minor issues. Outside screened in porch was in need of a deep clean but the interior of the house was very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet part of the island but still very close to everything. As other reviews have said backing out of the driveway can be tough - some landscaping could improve that, but it wasn’t too bad as there wasn’t much traffic this time of year. Can’t wait to come back.
