Thanks for helping with the key! I usually have no problem. Not sure what my issue was!I wasn’t impressed that only 1 out of 4 lights in the bathroom worked……made it difficult to get makeup on before a wedding.

The rooms were set up nicely and the overall experience was comfortable and low-key. The neighborhood was quiet and Lana was very responsive to our comments. Conveniently located and a solid value for the money.

Not welcoming. We left early and went to a hotel. Had to ask for check in details as they weren’t sent.Instructions included possibility of needing to fill the hot-tub with a hose and/or deal with circuit breaker.No screens on windows so we couldn’t air out the place which smelled like cooking oil.Hard mattressesThe sliding glass door was hard to fully open and the blinds were brokenCoffee provided was just Maxwell House and powdered Coffee MateToilet is very low to the groundLighting was strange. The living room overhead lights were jarring bare bulbs, all but one burned out. Some lamps weren’t plugged in. No lighting where needed by beds.No wine opener, and one of the kitchen drawers was broken. Nightstands are placed out of reach of the bedThe carpet was wet in the bedroom. We placed towels down and soaked up brown liquid. Owner explained carpets had been washed the day we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodations are simple but everything you could need is there! The hotub was absolutely wonderful! So nice to sit in the warm water and enjoy the cool and beautiful outdoors in Washington!

It was a cute and clean place. It seemed to be run down a tad, but nothing horrible. There was a lamp that was hanging on by it’s wires, the coffee grinder didn’t work, and there was a fence open in the back yard that was full of weeds and trash, which was unappealing and interesting. Air filter for the a/c was noticeably dirty and not cleaned.Overall it was decent and nothing bad, just needs some attention.

Silverwood Fun

We had an incredible stay. The house was perfect in size since we spent all of our time in silverwood really only used it to sleep. Communicating with property management was super easy and made sure to make our stay lovely. Would definitely stay again or recommend this property to someone else.

My sister, both our husbands and our mom stayed here with our doggos and had a wonderful time! Super clean & comfortable! Backyard is adorable and hot tub was great!

Fun stay in a cute little home!

We had so much fun here between the hot tub and it being New Year’s Eve and getting to see fireworks from the hot tub outside.

A perfect home base for a weekend stay.

We stayed here for the weekend of my sister's graduation. The yard was perfect for the dog and the hottub was a nice respite.

The house was clean and comfortable and met all of our expectations although the chemical levels in the hot tub were off and irritated our eyes and skin, and we were unable to really utilize it.

Great location cottage

3bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood in Spokane central to just about anything. Washer dryer was nice! Hardwood floors, small kitchen, huge flat screen TV, even a good backyard with privacy fencing but because of the time of year we stayed we didn’t use much. Hot tub made relaxing easy!!

Home was very cute and a good location but the bed in the main room was not comfy. We also couldn't use the television because the internet was messed up. The back yard didn't have a light to navigate to the hot tub safely.

This is the first time I’m hearing that anything was going on with the Internet. Guests did not reach out and ask anything. There is a light in the back for backyard navigation that you have to turn it on in the back bedroom and it’s a motion detected light. This all could’ve been avoided if you just reached out to me.
