This property was in a great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was pet friendly which was also great. The home was clean and had plenty of room for my husband and I and our small dog to move around in.

Everything was wonderful! Great location! Across the street from a public access path to the beach! Had a problem with the washing machine, it was replaced with a new one the next day! We will be staying there again!

The entire experience was great. Location to the beach was perfect for my family! Only downfall was the washer. It didn’t work the greatest and with 6 of us we showered a lot and needed to wash towels frequently. But that’s a minor detail and I would definitely stay again!

Great location on Ocean Blvd and directly across the street from public beach access! Emily was great to deal with and always responsive. Easy check in and check out and so great to allow our fur baby to join us on our trip.

This was our third stay here, and it certainly won’t be our last! We absolutely love everything about this condo—from the unbeatable location to the excellent value. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing North Myrtle Beach getaway. The condo is always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we need for our stay. Being so close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions makes it even better. Each visit has been just as wonderful as the last, and we always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in North Myrtle Beach!

Great location! Great communication! Only issue was and a suggestion to others, do not book on bike week because the noise is horrible. My bad. Regular traffic noise not an issue.We will stay again in off season because we loved the location so much.

Your stay coincided with Bike Week, one of the busiest events of the year in the Myrtle Beach area, and unfortunately the increased traffic and motorcycle noise are outside of my control. We had a great stay, very convenient location with beach access just across the road. Very nice to have laundry on site(bring detergent), and outside shower was helpful to keep the sand outside.

Convenient location, close to beach

This was our 2nd stay here. We love the location of the condo and it’s literally a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach! The host is easy to communicate with and allowed our fur babies to come! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our stay started off extremely disappointing. What prompted us to take a closer look at the cleanliness was finding a dead roach on the floor, several dead bugs on the stovetop, and what appeared to be dog hair all over the bed sheets. Once we looked around more closely, we also found hair throughout the bathroom area, as shown in the photos.We immediately notified the owner upon arrival. However, instead of feeling like our concerns were taken seriously, I felt as though the owner assumed I was simply looking for a refund. That was not the reason I reached out—I wanted the cleanliness issues addressed so we could enjoy our stay.We waited an entire hour to find out when housekeeping could come, only to be told it would be another three hours. Rather than lose more vacation time waiting, I purchased my own cleaning supplies and clean sheets so we could take care of the situation ourselves.To make matters worse, the refrigerator was not cooling properly.The one major positive was the location. It was great and right across from beach access.Overall, the location was excellent, but the cleanliness issues, refrigerator problems, and the way our concerns were handled made this a very disappointing experience.

I'm sorry the initial cleanliness did not meet expectations. when the concerns were reported, I offered to have the cleaning team return to address them, however, you chose not to wait for their arrival and decided to handle cleaning yourselves. my impression regarding a refund came from the refund being discussed repeatedly in out communication, not because I was unwilling to address the concerns. When the refrigerator issue was later reported, I also promptly arranged for a technician to inspect it. I take guests concerns seriously and made both cleaning and maintenance assistance available during the stay. I'm glad you enjoyed the location and convenient beach access.

Love this place!!

This is the second year that we have stayed at Beach Nest 1. The condo is clean, and has everything you could want in a beach rental. Location is great, and pet friendly is a plus. Emily is just a texted away if you ever need anything. Would recommend this condo to other family and pet friendly owners.
