Very nice stay. Perfect location for a more relaxed beach area. Beautiful view from balcony. Excellent water pressure and hot water. Great communication with owner. Perfect and convenient parking spot. Very safe atmosphere. If there were any things that could be improved, that would be larger coffee mugs and a better cooking “flipper” for eggs, We enjoyed our stay!!!Thank you!!

Clean and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Easy check in and all the amenities we needed traveling with a 2 month old baby (laundry, kitchenette with fridge and freezer). The only negative was how humid it was - especially in the bedroom. We were not comfortable at night sleeping because of how wet it was. It was a particularly hot and muggy few days when we were there and I believe it overwhelmed the ac units for the whole building. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back if the ac problem is fixed.

Nice Oceanfront Condo

Enjoyed our stay even though construction was going on outside of the building on the balconies! We decided to go tour the Aviation Museum one day and head up to Chesapeake Bay Tunnel one day! I enjoyed staying on the oceanfront and seeing all the boats.

Wow! So Nice!

We so enjoyed ourselves! Spent a good deal of time on the balcony watching the waves, the surfers and the people on the boardwalk. Really close to great restaurants, too. The bed was comfy, the granite in kitchen and bath is very pretty, the appliances were great. Hope to come back!

Wonderful location

This condo is perfectly situated on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Although we had an issue with a broken tv, it was resolved to our satisfaction. The staff was excellent. Thank you Latasha, Melissa and Dan for being so welcoming

Great view & parking spot. Easy access to the beach & boardwalk. Had a KERUIG, which was nice. Disappointed finding a used washcloth hanging on a hook in the bathroom! Also disappointed that the clock on the wall didn’t work at all & both clocks on the microwave/oven were 1 hour off (which I reset them to the correct time now). Both chairs on the patio were dirty & it would have been nice to have a small table outside as well for our coffee. No tissues or hairdryer available as well. The mattresses both sag & all the pillows should be replaced. No concerts this weekend, so the good news it was a quiet weekend.

Hostile Front Desk

Room not clean. Mold in shower. You need to bring your own towels, sheets and pillowcases. We did not know this and when we called the front desk we were screamed at by an OBF. Read Trip adviser. Their review matches this one. No supplies are included such as trash bags, shampoo, soap, coffee. It is in the fine print. We found this out when we called front desk and were screamed at by the OBF. Worst VRBO we ever stayed in. There are many hotels apartments and Condos on the beach to choose from. Our advice is to avoid this one.
