With an open-concept layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and an expansive covered deck with beach breezes, this home is designed for relaxation and memorable family vacations.
We proudly welcome Winter Texans, snowbirds, families, and dog-friendly travelers.

We provide nearly everything you need.
Pots, pans, utensils, toaster, blender, slow cooker, waffle maker
Coffee corner: maker, ground coffee, filters, sugar & creamer
Basic spices
Laundry room with washer/dryer (limited pods)
Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap
Linens, blankets, pillows & limited beach towels
High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 600 Mbps)
Central AC + ceiling fans
Beach items: umbrella, some chairs & toys (availability varies—please bring your own for best experience).
Dog Friendly:
Bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs (pet fee applies: $100 for 1, $150 for 2).

Pet rules:
1. Dogs must be house-trained
2. Keep pets off furniture
3. No unattended pets outside
4. Clean up after them
5. Kennel when unsupervised
