The house was great!! Very neat and very accommodating. 2 high chairs, a play pen and a crib for our 8 month old granddaughter. A heated pool! A wonderful hot tub. We had a fire at the fire pit every night and enjoyed our time together with smores. The house was clean and very neatly decorated. We will go back!!

Overall thia was a great house for a large group to stay. The pool was nice and heated well. Great seating availability. Nice add-ons (high chair, cribs, etc.) for the little kids. The only issue we had were there were several spiders in the home and 2 of our guests got stung by wasps while on property (one nest was in the basketball hoop). Overall a really nice stay minutes from Lake Michigan. Tim was very responsive to our questions.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this house - pool was great for the kids - nice kitchen - rooms were as described. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the week. But we were very disappointed to learn 15 months after we booked & paid (less than 2 weeks before our arrival) that the property had been double booked and were told we had to lose a day of our vacation. We were credited for that night but it was frustrating to learn of this at such a late notice when we couldn't make any other arrangements.

This VRBO was the perfect space for our Memorial Day weekend tradition with the cousin crew. The pool was perfectly warm and big enough for everyone to splash around and the hot tub the perfect oasis for parents to relax. The kitchen had ample space to feed everybody and the living room was comfortable and spread out for relaxation. There were four toilets and three showers, which makes a huge difference with four adults and two teenagers. There were plenty of bedrooms and lots of bed space so everyone felt comfortable the entire time. Thank you for another great vacation memory for all!

Great house for our family group of 15 with young kids, teens and grandparents. The house itself was very clean, so was the outside! The downside was as the game room, all the darts were broken, the net on the ping pong table was broken etc- just needs a revamp. Communication with the host was not great. Took awhile on responses and ignored some questions I asked. There are NO instructions on how to open the pool cover, I called the host several times upon arrival and got no answer- had to get VRBO involved to contact them. There are also workers that come and go on the property, they stayed out of our way but would have been nice to get a heads up. Overall a great trip and great house! Just some communication issues and the posting itself needs revamped a bit because I had to ask about a couple details that should have been listed on the original description to begin with.

Perfect Getaway!

This home was perfect for our Girls’ Trip! There’s plenty of room for everyone and we loved the hot tub! The location is perfect, with lots of places to eat nearby.

This house was a great setup for our group for a long weekend together. The pool was a great way to ease into the morning with the kids before afternoons at the beach (only a 5-minute drive away!).On the whole, the house was clean, but we did encounter several bugs (ants and spiders). There are some minor repairs that need to be done throughout the house - a few holes in walls, peeling wallpaper, etc.- but nothing egregious. Kitchen is well-stocked with silverware, plates, etc., but there aren't plastic/kid-friendly options, so you'll want to bring some if you need them. Plenty of towels (both bath pool), which was great!One of the best features of this house is the semi-finished garage space - the perfect spot for early-risers to hang out without disturbing those still sleeping.One thing to note—some of the photos in the listing are outdated (the ones with birch wallpaper are current), and the arrangement of beds in the rooms is inaccurate, though it was still able to accommodate the number of people indicated in the listing. (For example, there's no room with three bunk beds - to the dismay of kids in our group)There weren't instructions for opening up the pool or hot tub upon arrival, but we did get a hold of the host to figure it out. After that initial contact, the host didn't reply to a question we sent, but it thankfully wasn't urgent. All in all, it was a great spot for a large group at an incredible price point for its proximity to Lake Michigan!

Location! Location! Location!

This property is close to everything--New Buffalo beach and Stray Dog, Warren Dunes, the farmer's markets--and for those who prefer a pool to a beach, the pool and hot tub at this home are fabulous!!! Loved it so much, we hope to come back for a week next year (instead of a long weekend).

Perfect family retreat.

The accomodations and amenties (partcularly the pool) are fantastic. The location is convenient to all area attractions. The owner was available for any questions or needs. We couldn't have been more pleased.
