Neat location on low traffic st with easy access to beach. Unit was well kept and neat with all cooking supplies. Beach views were great with large balcony.

Great stay at North Myrtle Beach for family of 4. Property is clean. Host communicates any building updates throughout visit. Right on the beach. Pools clean, plenty of chairs. Easy parking. Larger suv parking found directly across easily crossed street. Staff on site friendly. Great place would highly recommend! Thank you!!

Softball weekend

We were her for a weekend of softball with our granddaughters . The place was very convenient to everything and it was just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I would definitely stay again.

The unit was in great shape, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The unit was in almost new shape. The view of the ocean is great. Good location, nice people.

Amazing family friendly accommodations

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location was perfect and the updated, clean and beautiful condo was even better than expected! The owners made the renting experience so easy. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We will be repeat renters for sure!!

First off, the place was immaculate. Couple that with the fact the owners were very responsive and helpful in the whole process and this was the perfect stay! We will stay with these people for years to come!

Weekend with friends

The place was clean and had what you needed. Location was great, Barefoot Landing was only a few minutes away , very cute shopping area with restaurants. Had a great time with friends. Would recommend.

Great property

Spring break 2023. Had a beautiful time. Location is wonderful and the property itself is top-notch. Even though it was colder temps we still braved the ocean and the beach was soft and wonderful. Would certainly consider this again for a future stay.

Perfect spot for our family vacation!

Our stay in North Myrtle Beach was amazing. The unit has a spectacular view of the ocean, sparkling clean and very well-appointed. It was easy drive to get to all attractions in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Randy & Debbie were immediately available when needed and were fantastic hosts. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views!

The space was excellent and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to everything. Only issue was the lighting in the master bedroom and an issue with dishwasher that was going to be fixed along with the lamps. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the balcony and view.

Turns out someone had put a towel in the garbage disposal that was restricting water flow when the dishwasher was draining. As for the lamp, both lamps in the master bedroom have been replaced. Wonderful condo!

The condo was perfect! Amazing distance from ocean. Right on the beach on the 4th floor. Short walk from elevator. Amenities are so nice and clean. The condo is so clean and the perfect size for the 5 of us. The location was wonderful. It was so quiet but yet so close to everything we needed. The owner was great with communication and answered any questions or concerns we had immediately

First SC experience

We drove from Iowa with a couple stops before our final destination, we were very happy with the vrbo from start to end. A great price for all you get and the view was amazing, even during the tropical storms drom hurricane Debby. We werent able to do much, but enjoyed when we could. Perfect location to get down to the beach as well. We wpuld definitely stay here again (hopefully without a storm rolling through)

You hit all expectations!

Our first time renting. Already talking about next years return. A hidden gem. Very clean! Communication was exceptional, I appreciate knowing everything in advance. Even received a text telling us that the room was ready early.

Beach trip

Very nice place to stay, however I am in a wheelchair and this place is not wheelchair accessible. My chair would not fit in either bathroom, I had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Could not shower for my 8 day, 7 night stay.

I am sorry for this inconvenience however the property is not advertised as being wheel chair accessible. I will say that there have been numerous guests in this building with wheelchairs and though I have never been in a wheelchair I am not sure how they manage but the apparently do as no one has ever mentioned it as an issue. The property is 40 years old and there is no way possible to make a condo larger so it would accommodate a wheelchair. I apologize for the inconvenience you endured.

Lack of toiletries

I would have given this a 5 start review. The location was nice and we had beautiful views. We stay a lot at air bnbs and were surprised to be given small (already used) toilet paper rolls with only one to spare. Needless to say, with 5 people we ran out on the 5th day. We have never had this issue with having a hygienic necessity kept to a minimum. We came across the country and did not pack extra rolls with us nor did we want to go to the store and buy a whole pack. We had an iron but no ironing board and there was no hair dryer. I would suggest providing more of these for the next guests. With the amount of money we spent, something small like this would have been great. I was going to call and request more but there were clear instructions on our check in about how much we would be provided.

Thank you for the review of you stay. If a roll of toilet paper would have resulted in a 5* review I wish you would have called as you would not be the first guest who did not read the "Trip Preparation Information" email. Same goes for the ironing board, we could have provided one within minutes if you needed one. In all our correspondence as well information posted in the condo we ask that if you need something, call us. You may not believe this but we once received a call requesting a loveseat be brought up and the recliner be removed. That was a request we could not fulfill.

Wonderful place for an extended stay.

This was our third October spent at Waterpointe I, and it is the perfect place for us. It is well maintained, clean and quiet. The beach is quite close and access is easy. Our condo was roomy and comfortable. Not having to bring bedding and towels is wonderful, and the fact that they are nice and new is great too. We will definitely be back.
