Located just 0.1 miles from the lifts and 0.6 miles from the Village at Palisades Tahoe. This is the best place to call home for a long weekend no matter the season. Enjoy all that Palisades Tahoe has to offer, from the summer hiking trails, to the winter ski runs, to the year-round shops and restaurants in The Village; all just a short walk out the front door! This charming condo is recently updated and comes everything that you will need for your stay. Relax after a long day on the slopes in front of the wood burning fireplace or open the balcony doors and enjoy the cool mountain air after a day of hiking Shirley Canyon.

Main Floor:
- Bedroom: 1 queen bed, sleeps 2, closet, window seat, and a TV, fan in closet
- Bathroom: 3/4 bath with a shower, toilet, sink, heated floors and a lighted mirror
- Living Room: Full size pull out sofa bed, day bed, TV, bar table top seating for 2, wood burning stove, balcony, sleeps 3
- Kitchen: Fully stocked, glass top electric stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and sink
- Dining Room: Seating for 4, window seat with seating for 2

Laundry:
- Communal laundry on first floor.

Parking:
- Parking Lot: 1 vehicles max in building parking lot

Ski Locker - Guests will have access to a ski locker for ski and gear storage during their stay.

*This unit is on the 3rd floor of a walk up building.

Great stay

Place was perfect with full kitchen, remodeled bath, and sleeping areas is both bedroom and living room. Great that it's walkable to the lifts. Would love to stay again.

Great Palisades unit

Had a great time in this rental. So close to the mountain you can walk, everything was neat and tidy, well appointed. Would definitely rent again!

Quaint condo

Easy access to Shirley Canyon Trail, the bike path along the Truckee river, Olympic Village. Condo was small but nicely furnished. Was great to open the screen door and hear the water trickling from the creek below.

Great stay at Olympic Valley

Great condo. I loved every detail about the condo. Even if tou forget little sanitary equipment well its there for you. Kitchen fully stacked with all condiments. Definitely we will be back. My husband and my 13 year old had a blast there!!! Thank you .

Great unit for ski week/weekend

This place was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 children); even though it s just one bedroom 4 people sleep there very comfortable. The unit is in great condition, décor is on point, has everything you need for a week/weekend stay. Also, LOCATION, LOCATION; when it comes to ski in Tahoe, you want to make sure you are close to the slopes and this place is super close, you can even walk to the village. The only downside is that if there is a snow storm, prepare to have to wake up every day at 6:30 to move your car so they can plow the parking lot :(; that was a bit brutal; but otherwise we loved this place and we hope to be back.

Convenient, Clean, Great management

This property was in a great location - walking distance to Palisades Village! They have great amenities (steam shower - read the instructions how to use), Milk frother, french press coffee maker and auto coffee maker - great tv, bathroom / shower, pretty view of mountain and creek outside window, easy parking (need parking pass), warm and cozy. Beds were soft and comfy. Truckee was responsive (and we are high maintenance) and they were so so nice and responded quickly to everything. Thank you to Truckee Managment team. Also key code to get in so no need to worry about keys.

Not very convenient

This was the second time we stayed in this property. Two flights of stairs to get to the unit. The unit itself is upgraded and nice. But upon a late check in we realized there was no sheets for the pullout sofa where our child was going to sleep. Reported to management, got service after 1.5 hours. The thermostat had issues as well and we could set the temperature when it was too hot or too cold. Proximity to Palisades is not bad, it’s a 2 minute drive, and about a 8-10minute walk with ski gears.

Tahoe Powder

Record snowfall in Tahoe to start the vacay. Condo was a short scenic walk to the village and lifts (about 8-10 min) unit had small coffee maker , milk frother to start every morning right. Nice and quiet except for heat register in bedroom. Makes a clunking noise every minute or so, so turned it off and slept better. Awesome bathroom and comfortable beds after long day on the slopes. Has wood fireplace but did not need it. Living space was toasty. Has bunk beds as well for few more peeps if needed. The views were great. When not getting slobbered with snow could see aerial tram peak. Rent 4x4 fo sho. Will most likely use it.

Cozy condo with everything you need

We loved our stay! This one bedroom condo was the perfect size for our family of three, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary for our stay. Walking distance to the village was a great treat, and allowed for some easy lunches and dinners. Definitely want to book again!
