Clean. Comfy beds. Good location to get strong and not far from downtown. When someone is staying above you it does get a bit loud since you can really hear footsteps clearly. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend.

Great location!

This place had plenty of room for my whole family. The location is great. It's a safe area and lots of places to go. We had a couple minor issues with some light bulbs burned out and it was fixed right away. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again.

The location of this unit was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed walking everywhere. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms was a big bonus. The unit was decorated well, the beds and furniture very comfortable. We were thankful for the washer and dryer with laundry detergent and the coffee to get us started. Thanks for a great visit.

The stay was great for us. It’s about a 10 min uber ride to broadway. The host was very responsive. The place was comfortable and clean. The foot traffic upstairs between 7:30 and 9:30 am was loud but ear plugs were provided. Overall it was a pleasant visit, I would stay there again.

this location in germantown was lovely. property was very clean and exactly as described. check in process was slightly confusing but communication with the home owner made the process quick and easy. neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and calm. uber prices range from 6-15 making transportation very easy and well priced. we had 5 adults stay here and it was the perfect amount of space for us!

The location was great. Safe neighborhood and close to lots of attractions. Large shower which was good for handicap guest. We had an issue with the AC leaking. But property management responded to issue promptly and communicated well. My only complaint is that the unit is very bright at night from neighborhood lights and the blinds dont do much to darken the bedrooms. I would suggest the property owners invest in darkening shades or window tint for the units.

Would not recommend

Property kept asking for a photo of my credit card and multiple documents signed before stay. When we arrived the place wasn’t properly cleaned - gum glued to a bed frame, beer bottle caps around, hair in the shower. The place looks like a renovated motel, so you’ll get light from cars into each of the rooms because they lack curtains. Lastly, the walls are incredibly thin and the neighbors were very loud, so we couldn’t sleep at night. Would absolutely not recommend. Ruined our weekend.
