Great stay

Very happy with the property, well taken care of and had what we needed. Loved the location that was within walking distance to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Great area, great stay!

This is a great place to stay! We were there with our three young adult children, and had plenty of room. The space is very clean, very modern, and the location is convenient to downtown and everything else you’d want to do in Nashville. We felt very safe too. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place

The house was nice, nice neighborhood and within walking distance to restaurants, I loved watching the dogs in the park across the street. The only problem was the toilet in the one bathroom would not shut off after being flushed, I contacted them immediately and no one ever came to fix it. I would stay here again.

Wonderful, Clean & Convenient stay

My childhood friends and I stayed here for 3 nights while on a guys trip. The place is unassuming from the outside but very modern inside. The property was clean, well maintained and the check in process was smooth. Communication pre and post check out was excellent too. Close enough to Broadway if you wanted to walk or a 10 minute uber ride away.. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again when we visit Nashville next.

Comfortable and convenient

A group of 5 came for an event at the Ryman and it was perfect! 3 good sized bedrooms, although be warned, the bottom bunk bed sits in the floor in the bunk room and I'm 60 and not doing that, so I slept on the couch which was fine, I prefer to have a TV I can fall asleep to! We loved the place! Uber cost us $25 a piece to get around and we were there 3 days, went to the Ryman and Bluebird Cafe. Easy, peasy. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook

Spacious unit and good location

This is a neat property just outside of downtown Nashville. It was modern, clean, and spacious. Everyone had their own space with the 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths. And the kitchen was very well equipped. The property management company were very quick to respond to any queries and easy to deal with, and check-in was all contactless and very simple. We were attending Show Choir Nationals at the Grand Ole Opry and wanted somewhere that was easily accessible to Opryland and downtown Nashville. This property fit the bill. I didn't feel we were close enough to downtown Nashville to be able to walk, however Ubers were very quick and reliable.

modern, convenient

happy with our stay. location was good- some restaurants walkable, short drive downtown and vanderbilt. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths ensured my teens had their space. comfortable mattresses and bedding. the owners did a great job providing all the info we might need in a google doc. i consulted it when i had trouble with the roku and was able to immediately fix it. bring a sleep mask and extra ear plugs if you are sensitive. the units are close and well lit outside (for safety so of course that’s good). while i could hear the other occupants during the day, i was never bothered at night.

First time in Nashville

While this property suited our needs just fine, it wasn't exactly portrayed accurately. It wasn't cleaned very well which was evident by the dust, dirt and items left under the bed in one of the rooms. It wasn't stocked well, so I wouldn't plan on doing much cooking there. Very little toilet paper available and no hand soap. It was loud. Very loud. They give you a gate code, but the gate was open the entire time we were there. Litter all around. Interaction with the host while setting this up was sort of annoying. I was asked to complete a rental agreement and was provided a link that didn't work. Kept receiving emails to complete the agreement even after I notified them it wasn't working. Finally did it and a couple days before I was scheduled to arrive, got another email telling me that I had not completed the agreement. So it was fine, not the best and I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Nice accommodations

Overall a great experience. Our first time with a contactless VRBO. But everything went smoothly. Tastefully remodeled building with everything you need, from a toaster to wine bottle opener. Comfortable & clean. Our only suggestions are room darkening curtains and more towels. We had a great time, enjoyed the accommodations and would book this property again 🙂

Clean quiet lots of space

Had a great stay very quiet. Location is at the north end of German town. The block the apartment is on isn’t the nicest block but it is conveniently located and easy walking to everything in German town. I would stay here again

Great Location/Comfortable and Safe Property

This property is in a great location and easy walking distance to some great restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Lots to see and do in the area. Felt very safe. View looks out over a great park and the city in the distance. The accommodations are clean and very comfortable. Check in was super easy. We experienced no issues at all with the property. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors walking and talking, especially if they are being rowdy, but they provide earplugs in every bedroom in case the noise disturbs your sleep, which was helpful for a light sleeper like me. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
