Nicely remodeled

This was a very nice place to stay except for the electrical issue. Owner we easy to get ahold of and was able to send someone to work on issue multiple times. Issue was fixed on last day of our stay. Made cooking and getting ready for the day a challenge.

Nice Clean House!!

My friends and I had a great time. It's Vegas so we were only there to sleep really and the beds were comfortable!! The house has a lot of space and is a all round great value.

Very decent stay.

I wasn’t expected greatness based on other reviews and me choosing one of the most affordable listed and was not disappointed. The inside of the house is really good and is very roomie. The few questions or request I had were answered right away. I’ll stay here again.

No towels or soap

In side is nice but the neighborhood it's In is in poor condition 😢 . No soap or enough towels to accommodate 6 adults . Outside needs updated .

Great stay

The property was very nice and the location was quiet. Location was closet to downtown. The only issues was getting the Smart TV to work. Reached out to the host who had someone come property to fix. The floors in the home were not very clean. But overall property is a great place to stay. I would stay there again.

Everything was great and fit my family great. Only issue is kitchen sink leaks all the time and needs to be fixed can be dangerous.

Not too bad!

Overall stay was good! Location was properly listed to what was online. It was a last minute booking so I was so happy that I was able to get it a week out from my trip. Only cons was that there no cable or options to utilize the Smart TV like stated. And host lived on site. No issues with that, but it just wasn't mentioned in the booking. Also, I didn't get responses back through the app or via texting when I had questions. Only a phone call which I did only once or twice, and host was pleasant on the phone. But like I mentioned, it was a good stay. The pictures are accurate to what is shown on the listing. The inside is way better than what you might think from the outside. I heard from lyft drivers it was a "bad" neighborhood. But my group and myself had no issues or concerns at all.

forgot the floors!

house was great, beds were awesome and super comfy and clean, but someone forgot to clean the floor!! actual piles of dirt!! didn't really ruin our stay - but I don't think I should have to pay a cleaning fee since the last cleaners missed such an important element!

Great home away from home

It was a great place to stay. Good location, close to the strip. Something’s that might be helpful for this property would be a list of detailed instructions for how to use the TV. It would be nice to be able to log in to my Netflix or Hulu to watch something. Also, detailed instructions for checkout. We didn’t know if we should strip the beds, take out the trash, etc. It’s a nice place, comfortable and clean. It would be nice to have a few staples at the house like salt and pepper, cooking spray, a few more dishes. Overall, it was great. I would stay here again.

Birthday Vacay in Vegas

House was nice and comfortable. There were 3 of us and we each had our own bedroom. Not as well stocked as other vacation homes that I’ve stayed at, but we didn’t really care as we ate out most of the time. Neighborhood looks a little but in actuality, the niece of the next door neighbor greeted us and shared a little background about the neighborhood and the neighbors. Was very peaceful and secure. There is a gate around the home for added security. I definitely would stay again.

Will stay here again

I came to my first vacation with my boyfriend and 2 younger siblings. We really liked the home. We loved the size of the home. They made it feel comfy and like home. The room sizes were good. We loved the kitchen. We were able to grill outside and make a fire. I really liked the little gate in the front yard. They provide the key to lock it so you can put your car in the driveway and lock the gate so you feel like your car is more safe outside. The home has home security so it also makes you feel a little safer if your not from there. Manager would always reply almost right away or at least within an hour. If we ever come to Vegas again, we will be coming back!
