As you approach the property you will be greeted by an oasis of palm trees and perfectly tailored landscaping around the private heated pool. Surrounding the pool deck there is a spa-like lounge area, poolside bar, dining table for 6 plus additional seating around the huge 85 inch TV. For your grilling delight this home provides a gas grill on the pool level.

Inside, the home offers a bright, comfortable layout designed for easy island living. The main living level features an inviting open-concept living and dining area alongside a well appointed kitchen suited for everyday meals and vacation cooking. A king bedroom with ensuite bath is also located on this floor, along with a full laundry room and convenient half bath. For added privacy, a covered breezeway leads to a separate king primary suite with its own full bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat within the home.

A stop on the third floor will bring you to a spacious king bedroom highlighted by plentiful windows and light, and a private covered balcony with views of the gulf. This floor also offers a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity and soaking tub. A fourth queen guest bedroom and rooftop deck finish out the top level. For additional sleeping arrangements, 2 twin size folding cots are provided.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

3 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
