The house was nice but the pool was green and there were hornets all over. They called a pool guy who had to come twice just to get the pool clean. He said he never saw a pool so green. They said they called an exterminator but they never came. My poor sister got stung. They picture a foosball table but there were no balls. They show a cute little house but it was filled with bees This vacation was to see my daughter, we surprised her with her brothers and sisters, only not to be able to use the amenities appropriately.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased you appreciated the home but sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay affected your family’s experience. We understand the importance of having all amenities available, especially during a special family gathering. Our pool receives regular professional servicing, and our team coordinated with service providers to address the reported concerns. We also take pest-related issues seriously, particularly when guest safety is involved. While some matters required additional attention, we appreciate your patience throughout the process. Your feedback has been shared with our team for further review, and we remain committed to improving property maintenance and ensuring a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione e posizione
The house had lots of space and was very clean however the pool filtration system is broken causing the water to turn green and grow algae. At one point it had no chlorine in it and couldn’t be swam in. We had to call multiples times to get it taken care of. Outdoors had bees nests along the outside wall so you couldn’t sit outside long without bees swarming you. The kitchen is lacking cookware, bakeware, no oven mitts and one kitchen towel. Lots of dishes but not much else to cook with, especially for 10 people. I think it was over priced compared to similar accommodations.

The pool was inoperable and unheated with a spa that wasn't working as well. The pictures all show the systems running and strongly imply they were included in the purchase. I have never experienced this in any of our previous rentals. Unfortunately, this type of deceptive advertising erodes consumer confidence and trust. House was clean and the located in a great neighborhood. Property has lots of potential with the right host!

Thank you for acknowledging that the home was clean and located in a great neighborhood. We do, however, strongly disagree with the characterization of the listing as deceptive. The pool, heating, and spa concerns were taken seriously and have since been reviewed and addressed by the appropriate maintenance teams. Temporary mechanical issues can occur, but they do not amount to intentional misrepresentation of the property or its amenities. We stand firmly behind the accuracy of our listing and want to assure future guests that the reported issues have been corrected and the property continues to be properly maintained.

Check in process was seamless and communication was good. We picked this place because of the amenities, the pool and jacuzzi. We were told that the jacuzzi would be inoperable for our entire stay, this was such a bummer because as previously stated this was a huge deciding factor when booking this particular place. Also, we weren’t notified to a Specturm outage until we checked in so we had no TV for hours. They also have a Bluetooth speaker that has no cords attached and was useless. The host should be a little more upfront when amenities are not working

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad check-in was smooth and communication met your expectations. However, the jacuzzi is not listed as part of the property’s amenities, and guests are advised to review the listing details prior to booking. The outage was an unforeseen service interruption beyond our control, but we appreciate your understanding.
