This property was amazing beyond my expectations. From excellent communication with the host, super easy check-in, the property was very clean, and made me and my co-workers felt like it was home away from home. The host was available at all times, and took my questions very serious, and made sure our requests were met. I and my team absolutely loved the stay and would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for two families that had two king beds and plenty of rooms for the adult kids and this place delivered! It is also very close to Highland Springs which made it very easy to see the grand parents. Beautiful neighborhood, very quiet, and easy to get to and from. The hosts were gracious and very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything we needed. We look forward to being back!

Very nice home just as listed. Checking in cleaners were running a little late but did not effect our getting in the home. Kids loved the swimming pool. Over all very nice home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The space was better than expected, all rooms are clean and spacious and kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils for our group. Location is close to many shops and restaurants so it was very convenient. We love the house and highly recommend this place

House was very clean, there’s a thermostat upstairs that controls the upper floors and one in the pool room as well. There was a kurig but we purchased a regular brewing coffee pot. Guests comments from the bottom rooms was positive also. Very nice stay, would do it again

This property has nice features and is in a very quiet, well kept neighborhood in Richardson. However, the property management made our stay stressful and unpleasant. After our reservation, the management company was aggressive and invasive. They asked many questions about who and how many would be staying, as well as our planned activities at the property. They were aggressive in the tone of their messages about noise levels during our stay, as well as enforcing rules about numbers of people allowed in the property. When we arrived, we found that the trash cans in the kitchen were full of trash from previous tenants, and several flies flew out of the trash. When we messaged the management company, they sent an apologetic message but did nothing. We took out the other people’s trash and found that maggots had already hatched, which were coming out and crawling on the floor. For the remainder of our stay, we periodically cleaned live maggots off the kitchen floor. In the bedrooms, there were some used tissues and some dirty laundry articles in dresser drawers when we arrived, and an empty used drink can in the corner of one bedroom. The living room rug had not been vacuumed. The remote for operating the ceiling fan in the front 2-queen bed bedroom was missing, so the ceiling fan could not be used. We messaged the management company, but they did nothing. When the pool cleaner came on Monday of our stay, he was extremely rude and aggressive.
