Great location on the river, house was completely upgraded and modern. Tons of room for our group (7 people). Hosts made themselves easily available via text and email. Helped make everything run smooth. Would definitely stay here again

This property is absolutely beautiful! The home was so much larger than I imagined and fit our family of 7 perfectly. Fishing off the dock was our highlight, we had nonstop catches ranging from blue cats, channel cats, blue gill and tilapia! We will most definitely be back !

Lakefront property and very roomy in the house! Plenty of space for a large group and perfect if you are wanting to relax on the lake! Host was very responsive to questions! Would highly recommend!

Super family/pet friendly place. Lots of room to play and tons of water activities and games on site. Good location as the river is nice and wide here for paddle boarding and kayaking!

This house was absolutely amazing. Very clean and so spacious. It was perfect for our group of girls and the owners were incredibly nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

House was absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked for our family, really everything you may need for a relaxing stay. The backyard and river views we perfect. Canoe, and kayaks were in good shape and easy to access with the stairs in to the water. We used th back stone grill which was also clean. 5 stars.

Owners are extremely responsive to queries. Kayaks and canoe available for fun activities on the waters. Great for a long weekend stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the water view. We enjoyed playing the outdoor games. We visited over the holidays and had plenty of counter space to meal prep and had everything we needed. Communication was great.

This is a lovely single story home right on the lake. I looked at other properties on VRBO and this one was the closest to the water, just a few steps to the dock. Plenty of waterfront space on both on the dock and concrete bulkhead to spread out. Beautiful trees in the backyard provided shade in the mid-day and are homes to many different birds. Loads of outdoor seating on the comfortable, covered patio - including a couch, arm chairs, and a big outdoor dining table. There's both a charcoal grill and a propane blackstone which was so helpful cooking breakfast for our big group. The kitchen is massive, with nice/newer appliances. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Kids absolutely loved the foosball and games in the gameroom - kept them busy even when fishing was slow. Older parents found the setting so peaceful and relaxing just sitting by the water and enjoying watching all of the birds, turtles, and boaters passing by.

House was GREAT! Clean & spacious. Out back was is where we spent a lot of time unwinding. We were down (both trips) for work, so having the extra space for our crew was perfect. Highly recommend. Hopefully the next visit will be for vacation rather than work to enjoy it more!

Peaceful location

Great location for water activities yet close to many must sees in New Braunfels without the hustle and bustle of people. Very peaceful place at sunrise and sunset. Our family and friends are already planning another trip.

A Great Getaway

We absolutely loved the house. The kids enjoyed spending time down by the water. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and a place to sit and eat. We honestly hated that we had to leave.

Fun Easter weekend!

We enjoyed our stay so much. It is such a beautiful and comfortable place. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for us to hang around and be comfortable. We LOVED the outside and being on the water. They have great outdoor activities that work for all ages. We had a blast and will definitely go back.

Great house for large group

Great house for larger parties! The house had more than enough space for the 12 of us. The patio was awesome with access to the lake. Excellent communication with the owners!
