While we do use automated tools to help with communication, there is always a real person behind the scenes who is happy to assist with any concerns during your stay. Hi Brenda, We are so sorry the upstairs part of this home was warm. If this issue would have been brought to our attention we would've done our best to send maintenance to fix it for you. We do sincerely apologize for that. As for the futon beds, in the listing it does state there are three twins nd a sofa sleeper in the living room.
