The Crescent 102, is a bright, cheerful condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Beautiful interiors and natural finishes complement an open floorplan with stunning water views. Sink into cozy furnishings in the living room featuring a wall-mounted 55-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player. You’ll love preparing small plates and delicious meals in the spacious and bright, fully equipped kitchen, while the washer and dryer nearby make cleanups a breeze. The dining table is the perfect spot to join together for board games and meals, while the breakfast bar is ideal for morning coffee. Enjoy balmy breezes and gorgeous sunsets from the ground floor walk-out patio, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. When the day is done, the beautifully appointed master bedroom will be waiting, complete with a wall-mounted TV and DVD player, and a private bathroom featuring a spacious tub and roomy updated shower. The kids will love their own space on comfortable twin bunks, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.

With the beach just steps away (beach service included March - October) and the community pool nearby, spend lazy afternoons soaking up the Florida sunshine. Get in a workout at the fitness center on-site, then grill up some fresh seafood on the outdoor charcoal grills. The bike path just outside the complex makes exploration easy, and a host of golf courses minutes away will have you teeing up in no time. Spend hours browsing the shops and restaurants at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons, and Grand Boulevard, then do it all over again come tomorrow!

Please note that parking is first-come, first-served, and assigned parking and parking passes are not provided.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Special Notes:

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 6 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
