We have stayed at this property a few times and always enjoy it. Very clean and nice. The reserved parking spot is also a bonus.

Very satisfactory stay. Some furniture for holding suitcases or vests of drawers in the bed rooms would help. Some plumbing fixtures were loose. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

Everything about this day was perfect. Our host Craig was very responsive to any questions I had. The house itself was very clean and had towels for us. One thing that I wasn’t expecting is that at checkout, we really just had to do a couple of things to get the house ready for checkout, and it was so easy. The location was great for the parades and would highly recommend and would love to stay there again!!

Stay was great!

The home was clean, beds felt great and the location was great. It had plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and Bourbon Street was a short ride away. The neighborhood is interesting and the people were nice. Overall great stay. We’ll stay here again.

Great house

This house was perfect for my family during our stay for my daughters graduation from Tulane. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including a well supplied coffee station. The beds are very comfy too!

Wonderful Stay

This house is in a perfect location! It’s incredibly clean and just was perfect for our needs! 10 out of 10 recommend renting this house. The owner is also incredibly responsive with any questions you might have! Our sibling trip couldn’t have gone better!

We loved the house and the location to everything. We just wished the plumbing issue was fixed while we were there for a few toilets that didn’t properly flush.

Definitely recommend

I love that the home was very spacious and very clean. The area was in a nice location surrounded by many restaurants and shops. It felt very safe whether you used their parking spot or parked in the street, we never had an issue. The home had all the necessities needed.

Great Time

The property was exactly as the picture. The location was great and parking was good since we had several cars. If I am in the area again, this property would be my first choice. It was secure and we felt safe. Great place for the group to meet to bring in the New Year.

Great Place for a College Girls Reunion

My five girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay in New Orleans and this place was perfect. Very spacious! We each had our own bed (important at 45) and there were several bathrooms. Also very clean. Easily walkable to Magazine street or the St. Charles Trolley. Only a short ride to French Quarter.

Beautiful roomy space for big groups

The house was great, especially for the great price. Plenty of room and well taken care of. The host was very easy to talk with and took great care of us. My only thing I would let future groups know is that it is on a busy street with car noise at night. But outside of that, everything was spectacular.

Girls Trip 2024

The pictures of the property don't really do it justice. The home was beautiful. We had a girls trip and we felt not only super safe but also right at home. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
