Great location!

The location above the plaza was perfect - excellent views and a lot to do! Only problem was when the windows were open at night, it was a bit loud.

Liked it so much we came back again.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we hope to be back again. Great location, clean and well organized. Can definitely hear neighbors through the walls and groomers in early AM but would choose this place again.

great place for a family ski trip

Clean well kept efficiency suite. Kids loved sleeping in the loft. Very convenient to the happenings of Mountain Village and the ski hills. We definitely consider this place for our next trip to Telluride.

Nice little studio with loft. Perfect for my husband and I with our two kids (7 and 9). Great location with easy access to gondolas.

Telluride wedding stay

The property was nice. There was no address on the building so it was a little hard to find. Location to the Mountain Village and the Gondola was great.

Awesome location for a ski vacation!

Our family of 4(2 adults, 8yo, 12 yo) stayed at this lovely little condo for a ski vacation. The ski in/ski out feature was fabulous and you are literally steps from restaurants. The village market(for groceries) is a short gondola ride away. The views were amazing. The property management company was very responsive any time we had any questions.

Excellent

Cute and clean condo. Could use some updates, one of the twin beds is positioned so that only a small person could sleep in it, but the beds were very comfortable otherwise. In an excellent location, short walking distance to restaurants and shopping and Gondola. Bathroom was nice size and shower was wonderful. Highly recommend this condo. Will definitely try and rent it again when we go back. Only drawback is having to pay $25 per night for parking.

Wish I had known that you need to purchase a parking ticket at heritage. There were no signs and I got parking tickets. I guess you just have to know.

Annual ski trip

This condo had enough space for our family of 4. The upstairs has two twin beds but one of them is cut off by a window so the person staying there should be a small child shorter than 5’. The location is great in terms of skiing. Parking wasn’t bad just not close. Unloading/loading was not fun nor close to property. Ski locker was convenient. The condo itself sits above a restaurant that has patio lights on all night so bring sleep masks as the inside of the entire condo is very bright. Rent this for the ski location! The key pad to the door was very convenient as our family skied at different times and no card was needed.

Could have been better

The unit was great, just as we expected. Although the upstairs was hot. Down side, due to the busy weekend we received an hour late check in time, not able to get into the unit until 5. This was very inconvenient and the next morning the entire area was without electricity for about 3 hours. A bit frustrating while trying to get ready and out for your day.

Convenient location - lack of parking and kitchen deal-breakers

We stayed here 5 nights with our two teenagers. Pros: We loved the ski-in/ski-out convenience. Easy to pop in to get another pair of hand-warmers during the day. We also appreciated the cleanliness, and perfume-free sheets and towels. But, the housekeeping crew had an off day before we arrived. While hunting for my son’s lost airpods, we found some rotten food under the fridge, and trash debris under the bed. Yuck. The furnishings are in desperate need of an upgrade. The beds upstairs are short - both my teenagers had their feet dangle off the end. Loved the antelope trophy mount! Cons: Lack of parking spot. It is now $50 a day to park in Mountain Village. You can only pay one day at a time, with the day beginning at 6:30am. Every morning I’d have to login to the Park Moblie App at 6:30am to pay for another 24 hours. This was an extra annoyance and expense we were not anticipating. Lack of a kitchen was a major inconvenience. There is no stove, oven or dishwasher. There are only the same basic amenities of a hotel room. Our family missed a full-stocked kitchen to cook meals after a long day on the mountain. The condo is brightly lit at night. The gable windows let the bright lights of Mountain Village shine into the condo all night. If you are used to sleeping with lots of ambient light, you will feel right at home. If you need a dark room to sleep, you will not get sleep. We will go back to renting condos in town. We want a home away from home. This was not it.

Great location for Telluride Bluegrass festival! Saw First Grass from the balcony. Fridge may need to be defrosted because it was not really cold. Please add a dish drainer and it will be perfect.

Right in the village

This couldn't be more smack dab in the middle of the village. Room was nice, access was smooth; and it was walking distance from everything. Be sure to plan extra $$ for parking, as its not cheap; but that's telluride. Great visit.

Off-season stay

Place was nice, WIFI had issues, did not work while we were there, so that was a little bit challenging with unreliable cell networks. Also, the IT guy for the building/area just walking into our room without knocking, that was a little awkward...

Nice place with antiquated electronics

The place is as advertised but there were significant problems with the electronics. No WiFi. No TV. The Roku was broken. The property management firm tried to fix it twice. There are only 2 plugs for 3 devices so apparently you are supposed to unplug either the Roku or DVD to make the other work. The TV was made about the time T Rex took its last steps on earth. The one plug by the bed was so worn that plugs wouldn’t stay in. It’s past time to fix this stuff.
