BB’s on the Beach is just within reach! Perfect for a couples getaway or multigenerational family trip, this beachfront beauty comfortably accommodates 9 of your loved ones with the open floor plan, 2 levels of decks, and private walkover to the beach.

Gather your friends and family in the wide open living area, perfect for entertaining. The large sectional sofa and contemporary decor with bold pops of yellow and blue keep it comfy and fun. The large wall of south-facing windows lights up the home with gorgeous Gulf views, giving you front row seats from the dining table that easily seats 8. The fully-equipped kitchen makies cooking together a breeze thanks to the stainless steel appliances, counter seating for 3, and ample storage.

After a day full of catching up with your family & friends, you’ll love escaping to your own spacious bedroom. The primary king suite boasts a sitting area, large windows showcasing the Gulf view, and a private covered deck. The luxurious en suite bath has dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. Two queen bedrooms (one each on the main & upper levels) and a loft with a pyramid bunk and TV perfect for kids or teens rounds out the bedrooms.

After a refreshing night’s sleep, grab your coffee or favorite fruit juice and enjoy a slow start to the day watching the sunrise over the Gulf on the covered decks. Recline on the comfortable loungers, grab breakfast al fresco, or gather on the outdoor sectional to plan your day.

Ready to hit the beach? Cross your private dune walkover for fun in the sand & surf. Spend all day building sandcastles, surf fishing, or collecting seashells. When evening rolls around, gather on the ground level patio and use the charcoal grill to cook up some fresh Gulf seafood. ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
