This is our fourth time for my family to stay here. The build out is excellent and the property is maintained well. Mabe could use some paint and new bedding, but that’s being overly picky. Close to the beach walk over as well. Wonderful weekend, thank you.

Beforehad tried to change the person who would be there to a different name and was not able to accomplish that. After check-in, tried to call the number given at least on three occasions, left message to get a call back and never did - it was related to security. It does say on the email given to expect a call back with in an hour - did not happen. Garage door would not open - shows error code. Elevator lock in garage does not work so cannot go down elevator and lock - so that leaves the elevator not usable when leaving the property. Back door does not lock - handle about to fall off. Microwave screen has no lights - had to guess. Stovetop vent was leaking water. House needs deep cleaning & updating. Rugs are nasty. Boogie boards all broken. One beach chair had broken carry straps.The house layout is great. General cleaning had been done. Beds & furniture very comfortable. We had stayed here before so we were very surprised at the difference with this stay. Feels like whoever owns the house is not nearby to check on it and whoever is in charge has dropped the ball. It is too nice of a house to let these maintenance items not be taken care of.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our girl’s getaway at this beautiful house across the street from the beach. It has a wonderful screened in patio to watch the ships (at a distance) on the ship channel. We loved the elevator & all being on the same level. Short walk to beach.

Confirm the property has WiFi before you book!

My husband and I booked 2 nights for President's Day weekend. The house was amazing and was a short walk to the beach--about 3 min. When we checked in, we noticed the WiFi did not work. This is a problem for us as we both rely on WiFi for our work. We alerted the property manger immediately and they said they would work on it. In addition, the TVs did not work so we only had local stations. Long story short, we never had WiFi. They sent a tech the morning after we reported it at 9 am (without telling us!!) and he said it was due to an outage in the area. Well, we checked with AT&T and there was no outage. If you truly want a vacation without WiFi or TV, then this is your place! But I would definitely check on this before you book in case you need it. Also, cell service is horrible in the house. Also, the garage door didn't work and half the lights needed bulb replacements -- super high ceilings so we couldn't do it ourselves. They also had a bunch of video games but no instructions on how to use. The house manual was basically one page! Anyways, house was super cute and near the beach. All in all it was a stressful and not relaxing time for us.

Your input on the house manual and video game instructions is also valuable, and we’ll look into improving these details.
