This spacious apartment was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our trip to the Lewiston area. The host was quick to respond to questions and has a well stocked pantry & kitchen. With a grocery a short walk away, we could save on meals and exercise our dog at the same time. The furniture is comfortable and the appliances are clean and in good condition. It was hot during our visit so the air-conditioning was a welcome comfort. The property also has ample parking. We would stay here again.

Property was perfect for two seniors’ stay. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and carried out. One of us chose to sleep on the long couch, which was comfortable.Greg and Jenn, our hosts, were excellent in helping us get registered. This was my first time booking on Vrbo (or any other portal), and Greg was very patient and kind in ensuring we were “good to go”.Property is centrally located with easy access to the Lewiston and Auburn area. Five star!

Charming Place in Lewiston

This property was charmingly decorated and well-appointed with most anything you might need! The space was immaculate! The unit was quiet and comfortable. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient stay in Lewiston!

My daughter and I stayed at the Cozy City Stay while she was recovering from surgery. It has everything we needed to prepare meals and was convenient to Bates, and local markets. Beds were comfortable and it is cutely decorated with French decor and accents!! Highly recommend as a base when staying in Lewiston area.

WOW! What an outstanding home!

Home was essentially new and spotless. Had all the amenities we required and plenty of space. Very closet to many attractions and of course the local community. Wonderful stay and facility!

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location.They have everything there for you to feel like you are at home. We felt very welcomed. They were also very responsive to questions.

lovely little lair in Lewiston

Property impresses with the first step inside and continues all the way through. Tasteful and thoughtful touches make this a fantastic place for a short weekend and would likely be comfy for a longer stay. So many features within walking distance or a short drive away!

Lovely Stay in Lewiston, Maine

The accommodations are exactly as they appear in the vrbo description. Very pleasant and convenient. The hosts have given a lot of thought to the small things that make a stay enjoyable. Particularly appreciated that it was located within walking distance of groceries, Bates College and Thorncrag Bird Sanctuary.
