Not only does it offer wonderful neighborhood amenities such as tennis courts, playground and marina- but includes a large personal hot tub for year round fun! Feel at ease with a fully fenced lot that adds extra safety for your pets and little ones. This home is perfectly situated near two neighborhood restaurants, offers peak-a-boo water views and is a very short, 3 minute walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything you could possibly need.The location was great, especially for getting to the beach. The hot tub was an added bonus and was perfect for relaxing after a long day out.The host was also excellent and very responsive. They answered all of our questions quickly and made the whole stay easy and enjoyable.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this home to others. We would happily stay here again!

We had a great time at Sea Isle. The house was perfect for our needs. It was nice that everyone got their own bedrooms. The host responded to all of my questions very quickly and was even able to accommodate our late check out request.

Great vaca in Galveston

Makin Waves is a great place to stay on Galveston island. Our family, (grandparents, parents n a 2 and 4 year old) met for a weekend at the beach and it couldnt have gone better. The location is in a great neighborhood, close to the beach and the house is well equipped tand attractive and house is attractive

Adorable home

Adorable home in Jamaica Beach! Plenty of space for 5 adults and 6 children. Loved that the kids had their own space and bunk beds! We were able to walk to the beach or stay in and enjoy the hot tub! Great place to stay and Andrew was very helpful!

Perfect getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here during spring break. The property was very clean, location is great, and the property owner was quick with communicating. We loved the marina down the road where you can get some drinks, food, or souvenirs from the gift shop. Since it was chillier than usual, the hot tub came in handy! Overall this was a wonderful home and would highly recommend.

Fun family getaway

Makin Waves was the perfect place for our family getaway! Plenty of room for all of us, our pups, and the grandparents too. A quick walk to the beach, well appointed rooms, and an easy check in process made this stay effortless. Communication with Andrew was quick, efficient, and thorough. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will be back!

Amazing beach weekend! Even during Fall!

Our stay was perfect for an extended family getaway! I can be a little bit of a clean freak- but this house was spotless! Just like the photos! The location is also one of my favorites on the island; a beautiful and calm neighborhood with amenities and a very short walk to the beach (less than 5 min). We were a little nervous about it being too chilly in October, but the hot tub was a huge bonus. It was very nice to hop in and wind down after a long day. We will definitely be booking this property again next time we are in Galveston!

My sons 16th birthday

We came down to Galveston, for my sons 16 birthday , with family and friends. The house was clean and had a great setup. Convenient location great neighborhood love the fact there is a restaurant in the neighborhood. Great amenities, downstairs was a hit with the kids. Beach is within walking distance. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything u could need to cook your family a hot meal. Hope to come back soon

Mini Vacation

We loved our stay at Makin Waves. The property was sooo...cozy and perfect for our family of 4 including our fur baby. Super clean and short distance to the beach. Communication with the owners about any questions was excellant. My kiddos had a blast and enjoyed the fenced yard. The house and kitchen were well stocked. Just make sure to bring ur own beach towels, if u plan on heading out to the beach. We hope to be back soon! Thanks for the wonderful, hospitality! Keep Makin Waves on your gotta stay at list.
