The property was clean and comfortable and very convenient location in Bentonville. Our dog loved hanging out in the backyard. It was exactly what we needed for this trip! I would definitely stay again. The property managers were very communicative and responded immediately to our questions.

Enjoyed the property. Six women spent a week there. We had breakfast on back porch each morning. Kitchen was well equipped. House was close to all the things we wanted to visit.

Great house! It’s was in the perfect location to bike to downtown, slaughter house trail head and Coler trailhead. Street felt safe and nice to have a garage to put bikes in. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Back patio was great. We would stay here again. Worked great for our family of 5.

Excellent location and comfortable amenities. Backyard is huge with so much room for family activities. Easy access to 2nd Ave and Main.

Convenient to everything in NWA

This property was close to downtown, bike trails, parks and the museum. The best thing was its cleanliness - so clean! Booking was easy and to checkout, all we had to do was lock up. Great place to stay.

Great Place!

It's a lovely home - we enjoyed the private back yard, and the large kitchen. It's a great location - walkable to downtown and close to everything Bentonville has to offer. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house!

We had great trip! Bentonville and Rogers are great towns and had lots of fun biking & playing in the lake! We will definitely come back! House was just as advertised - perfect for our family!

We visited Bentonville for the mountain bike trails and found this location to have great access to everything. House was clean and comfortable and garage was perfect for bike storage.

Updated home conveniently located with a spacious living/dinning area. It's a short distance to the Square with a variety of restaurants & shops. For families visiting Bentonville, this is a great find.

Visit with Family

We came to visit with our son who lives locally. This place was a great place for us to meet for a meal and spend time together. The location is perfect for walking to the square and walking trails. We look forward to our next trip to Bentonville.

Beautiful home right in town.

Great house right in town and close to both the Slaughter Pen and Coler trail systems. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops in the square, but still very quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place in Bentonville.

We stayed in Bentonville for our grandson’s wedding. The property was as described and location worked out great for our family.

House was very clean and well stocked. A perfect location between Coler and Slaughter Pen so we could ride to both!
