Hawthorne House was a fantastic place to stay in Bentonville! Very clean and comfortable!! The location was great with direct access to trails and easy access to downtown.

Our place was far beyond expectations. Beautiful place with easy access to many wonderful spots. Plenty to do! Would definately stay here again. A Rating!

This was a beautiful property. The house was perfectly clean and has been well maintained. If we stay in Bentonville in the future, we will definitely be looking to book here again!

We had a wonderful stay here in Bentonville. 5 minute drive to downtown, and a quick bike ride as well. Can access the bike trails from 2 different points from the property. The location was great, and we could store bikes safely in the garage. Would happily stay again!

House was very nice and a great location. Super quiet neighborhood with direct access to MTB trails. Would definitely recommend.

Great house. Very clean and great location. We had trouble with the code for checkin , but got it figured out. Also as a note the garage is small if you have a large SUV. We were unable to fit our car in the garage, but there was plenty of street parking. We would definitely stay again.

This new house is in excellent condition and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the onsite association manager informed us that the pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so we couldn’t enjoy that offered amenity.

This was a great location! It's about a mile from the Amazeum and Crystal Bridges museums. The home is a new neighborhood and next to a neighborhood that had an outdoor basketball court and playground equipment, which was wonderful for our grandkids. The home is in an association which has a clubhouse, pool (not open yet) and pickleball court. We enjoyed teaching our daughter and grandkids pickleball basics. If we visit Bentonville again we'll definitely see if this home is available.

This property is new, well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchenware, and the host was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The house offers plenty of space, is located right on the Greenway, and has a neighborhood pickleball court, all of which we utilized. We didn't try out the pool, though the neighborhood clubhouse and pool looked brand new and quite nice. The drive to downtown Bentonville is very short. It would be good if the living room had another chair or two, but over all, a very comfortable place to stay!

Check-in was very easy and seamless. Home and kitchen facilities were great. Everything you need is there. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood and surrounding area is peaceful, quiet and well-maintained. Great area to walk, run and ride safely with access to nice trails nearby. The downtown shops and restaurants are a few minutes drive. Wi-Fi access perfect for work or to access your favorite streaming service. Very nice pool and clubhouse. Great grill at the home patio or by the pool for burgers and steaks. Host was very responsive and followed up to ensure our comfort shortly after arrival and check-out. Great place to get away for a couple or family.

Way clean, nice home. Pool area was pretty and only a block away from the home. Green area in front of the home allowed for playing catch with the kids. Loved the Bentonville area. Enjoyed the biking, museums, and downtown area. The host was super quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had.
