Great condo to stay. Plenty of space for our family. Easy walk out to the beach and beach ramp was in great shape. The Phoenix next door was crowded and loud as always but ours was much smaller and more relaxing. The other way down the beach was open and not crowded at all.

Our beach stay was a delightful experience, marked by a stunning, clean, up-to-date condo with top-notch accommodations. Every morning we enjoyed the peaceful walking paths across the road from the condo. Richard's condo was a perfect home away from home. The unit was very spacious with a great view of the ocean and the pool. I was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was and all of the other needed amenities. My husband has already reached out about booking again next summer.

Perfect week at this beautifully decorated, super clean condo. Very well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Host was excellent at communicating and making sure everything was as expected. Great location on a less crowded area of beach close to the state park.

This condo was perfect for our last official spring break vacation with our daughter. The condo was described accurately and the unit was well appointed. We appreciated the location of the unit, as it sits on the corner of the top floor offering privacy, but beautiful Gulf front views. The grounds & pools are well kept. I appreciated the extra touches of organization the unit offered so guests can find items easily. We would definitely stay at this unit in the future as the central location is excellent! The communication with the owner was top notch & allowed for a smooth check in & check out. Thank you again!!

Wonderful week

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the Palm Beach Resort. The condo was well appointed with everything you could need and the property was so removed from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the beach, it provided such a relaxing retreat for our family. We would definitely recommend to any of our family and friends.
