The property and location is perfect. The property host Meli, was very easy to communicate with and very prompt getting back to us. The walk to the beach was easy for kids and grandparents. This was one of our best trips we have had in Cost Rica! Thank you!

Thank you very much for allowing us to rent your beautiful house. You are an excellent host. The best we’ve had with VRBO. The house had some issues and it was unfortunate the main roads to the house were under construction. But you went out of your way to help make our stay enjoyable and we are very grateful to you. Yari was amazing! You are very blessed to have him. He had a solution or plan for everything. One mourning we were sitting by the pool and there was a lot of construction noise. He turned on the music by the pool and we could no longer hear the noise. He did these kinds of things daily, big and small, that made our stay so enjoyable. We had lots of fun taking your ATVs to playa Langosta and appreciate that it was complementary. It was one of the highlights of the trip. We also had a great time at the playa Conchal beach club. I wish you well and we will book with you again when we return to Costa Rica.

We had an incredible first trip to Costa Rica with our adult kids, and this home made it even more special. Melissa, the owner/host was so accommodating, always quick to answer questions and generous with excursion recommendations. The house is beautiful and cozy, with plenty of space for everyone and a wonderful great room where we loved cooking together in the evenings.The community is gorgeous, safe and just steps from the beach. The driver and house cleaner were both friendly and incredibly helpful, which made our stay even more seamless. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay here!

Great Stay

Beautiful house in a great location! We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Would've loved to been able to stay some more days. Communication with the owner was great and she helped us out with everything that we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Melissa and her entire team were helpful, gracious and accommodating from the moment we booked the trip. The house is beautiful and well stocked. Hacienda pinilla is the perfect area to stay with young children. Thanks for helping to make sure we had the best time!

Quiet community

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Pinilla! Melissa was great with communicating. Our favorite activity besides the house and short walk to beach was the Le Leona waterfalll tour, and conchal beach.

Just Perfect!

The home and neighborhood were amazing. It's a beautiful home with great amenities and proximity to the beach which we enjoyed every day. Loved the wildlife including the frequent monkeys. The owner was extremely helpful and very nice to work with. We definitely didn't want to leave and we look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful visit to the Tamarindo area of Costa Rica during Christmas week. The house was perfect for our multigenerational family. We needed a five bedroom home for our group. The house was well equipped for all our needs. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The infinity pool and the cabana were an added blessing. The beach was a short 2 minute walk from the house and the sunsets were spectacular.We utilized our hostess’ driver Randall and hired him for the week. He was the ABSOLUTE best. We had a few maintenance issues but the hostess responded promptly and effectively. We highly recommend the house and Meli the host/owner.

Great Stay in a Beautiful Home

Pros: we loved the pool and enjoyed the spacious, modern property. Owner was very responsive and listing was accurate. Lots of games to play and ample space in living room with a great sound system for movie night. Little heads up: Beach is rocky as is the ride to Tamarindo.

Absolutely gorgeous

This property was all I imagined and more! Beautiful grounds, gated and safe, very short walk to the beach, incredibly helpful host, to name a few favorite things! The host helped us set up a chef for arrival so we didn’t need to worry about dinner plans, and clued us in to all sorts of activities. The on site pool was wonderful!
