Step into the full kitchen, and you will find stainless steel appliances, modern cookware, bar seating, and a vibrant blue backsplash ready to assist in preparing tasty meals. While dinner is cooking, the rest of the group will love kicking back in the living room on the sofa to chat about the day's adventures or watch a show on the TV. When the day ends, walk down to the lower deck and sip a favorite beverage at the bar under the dazzling colors of the sunset.

*Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
