This property is spacious and was clean. It is a pretty space with comfortable beds and soft sheets! The location is very convenient and in a good area. It also has great parking.

Great apartment in a great location

Our group had a great time, apartment had everything we needed, great parking, kitchen and baths were very nice, beds and air conditioning very good, close to bars, restaurants, all in all I highly recommend this property.

Great accommodations, it was a great place to stay with easy access to things in the Portland area. Appreciated having all the essentials provided. Beds were comfortable as well!

Great stay

What an amazing apartment. My wife and I had our parents with us and it was so ideal to have a first floor apartment with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathroom for us. Couldn't say enough good things about the Host and if we're ever back in Portland we would love to stay there again

Well-appointed Portland pad

Our family of six enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a good layout and 4 minutes away from downtown Portland, with other good restaurants within blocks.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute, well-appointed VRBO. Directions and communications were clear and swift. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Long Weekend Friends Trip

The house was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Exactly what we were looking for! It was close to all the restaurants downtown and breweries. When we return to Portland, we would definitely stay here again!

Quick stay in Portland, ME

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and lovely 1st floor apt! Location was great for us, comfortable tv/living room area, having 2bathrooms was a bonus, and the beds were super comfy! Would highly recommend.

My adult granddaughter and I enjoyed our two night stay in September 2026. The apartment was clean, and the quiet location was good for us. My granddaughter walked to Back Cove and ran on that path. We used our car for other outings. It took us less than 10 minutes to arrive at the airport.Sokreth was exceptionally prompt to respond to our questions and to offer extra help if we needed it. For instance, I did not know that all heat pumps (4) needed to be on the same mode setting in order to operate. Sokreth responded immediately, gave clear directions, and offered to come by to do the settings for us if I had problems. The directions were sufficient. There is also a floor heater in the living that warmed us up quickly so we were comfortable. Lots of aspects of the apartment were clearly recently spruced up. Some baseboards need some retouching, nothing, though, that diminished the enjoyment of our stay.

Great Stay

short 2 night stay but this property was exceptional. It’s very clean modern space and much larger than we expected. Location is pretty ideal for exploring with plenty of off street parking. Good restaurants close by and easy drive to most of what Portland has to offer. Communication was great with no issues. We would definitely stay here again and highly Recommend.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay. Our host allowed an early check-in and the apartment was very clean. The exterior of the apartment complex has some peeling paint which was a bit of a surprise and made the value seem less.

Portland Maine Adventure

We spent three nights at this beautiful property that had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The owners provided every amenity needed. Our group of five adults really enjoyed relaxing, playing games and having a very beautiful, comfortable and convenient location added to our enjoyment of our visit.

Cute, clean and spacious!!

Exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Very clean, well equipped, and only 2 minutes from grocery store. 7 minutes from Old Portland and downtown. Stayed here as a landing spot for Freeport, Ogunquit, Portland and Kennebunkport. Highly recommend!!

Maine trip

The property worked great for us. Sokreth was helpful and responsive. We were two couples traveling with bicycles. Super bicycle-friendly town. The location was nice and quiet but only a short bike ride or walk from downtown where all the action is. We would definitely stay here again!
