You will enjoy this 3 bed/2 bath beach front condo that is located in the heart of Indian Shores. This condo can accommodate 6 people. The seaside motif makes this condo the perfect spot for your beach getaway. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an en suite bath and opens to the balcony that overlooks the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. One guest bedroom offers 1 Queen bed with the 2nd guest room featuring 2 Queen beds and both are adjacent to a full bath. The living area opens up to a large balcony overlooking the beach and has an open floor plan which includes the dining area and large kitchen. The unit is also equipped with a stackable washer & dryer for added convenience.

This condo comes with one assigned parking spot only.

Community amenities include a heated pool, spa and gas grills. Looking for more than sun and sand, take the beach trolley north to Clearwater Beach or South to John's Pass for shopping and great local food.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

Overall i would say the experience was great. The place gad everything we needed. The only thing i would update/ change would be the existing locks and door knob/ handle on the front door, they seemed to be quite old, worn out and loose. Other than that, A+

The condo was nice, views were amazing, the weather was beautiful and the beach was AMAZING!! The door locks were in need of upgrading, not easy to operate. The dishwashers didn’t clean very well also in need of an upgrade.

Great Location
Very nice stay. Only suggestion would be to add additional window treatments to the two bedrooms facing east as the blinds do not block the morning sun sufficiently.
