The condo is very cozy and has an excellent porch with beautiful views of the Gulf. Our host Tom was especially helpful and gets back with us quickly with any concerns or requests. We hope to return here every summer.

This was our first time to the gulf side of Florida and this beautiful condo was perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed for our stay! The location was great and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves! We will definitely be coming back!

Loved this location!!! We only had one little issue with our fridge not cooling but the owner literally jumped through hoops to help us even lending his own yeti cooler until he could get someone out to repair. The location is perfect! The beach is short so it was comfortable to sit on our balcony and let the kids play baseball or build sandcastles in the sand. We spent every evening and morning sitting out there. Dolphins were seen daily and the condo was close to amenities. We did have an issue with seaweed being brought in but we did talk to some locals and apparently this is not normal which gave us some relief for sure because the seaweed was on everything and in every bathing suit. Kids didn’t love that part. Knowing that it was not normal and only caused but consistent storms in the last month helped me decide that we will definitely go back and stay here again!!! So peaceful!

This is our second year staying at this property. Clean, fits 4 adults very comfortably. Thanks for the beach sand chairs this year! We hope to visit again next year.

Our stay at this stunning oceanfront condo was exceptional. The proximity to the water is incredible, and the private beach area was pristine. Inside, the unit was spotless and featured high-quality amenities, from the comfortable bedding to a fully stocked kitchen perfect for family dinners. The inclusion of beach essentials was a generous touch. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Lovely condo with enough amenities to feel at home. We reported a toilet issue early on a Saturday and it was repaired by midday. The location was great for our group. We'll definitely be back

Family friendly with a lovely, long extended porch that makes you feel like you’re right on the water. We stayed on the lower level of the two stories. We were very happy with the beach location. We had no issues with the condo and would definitely stay there again.

Overall we had a great stay. Stellar location on the beach that was very quiet all weekend long. Place was very clean but had a bit of a musty smell. The tankless water heater can't seem to keep up with more than one sink/shower at a time which can leave you freezing in the shower. Parking for this particular unit is tight at best. There is no room to park that's not directly under the condo buildings. I drive a completely stock F-250 and it only cleared the roof of my truck by a couple of inches and had to fold my mirrors in to squeeze between the posts and that's after the ridiculous 6 point turn that's needed to get a truck lined up. My daughter's Honda CRV wasn't as bad to park but, even being as small as it is, it still was very tight. Again, it's not a bad place to stay, and you sure can't beat a beach front porch to sit on, just a few things I'd consider before booking here again.

While most standard cars and SUVs fit comfortably, full-size trucks can require a little extra maneuvering. We appreciate your feedback.

Wonderful stay!

Condo was perfect! Will look to visit this property again next year. Clean, spacious…. Only add I would make is, beach (sand) chairs would be lovely!

Exactly what we needed

Arriving to a wonderful location, with a wonderful place to stay. The home was exactly as advertised and the view from the patio was spectacular. Would definitely rebook if we return to the area again.

Fantastic view

We had a wonderful vacation stay. We absolutely loved the back porch, listening to the ocean, gazing at stars and being steps away from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for a family of five and everything clean. We would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent getaway!

Condo was in a perfect location to walk outside with bare feet onto beach. Beautiful weather. Manager responded quickly to the couple things that came up. Enjoyed our time away.

What a dream!

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. Gorgeously decorated! We had an issue with the door lock on the first day but Jim was very responsive and helpful. The location couldn’t be beat- right on the beach! We had a great stay!

Felt like home!

We loved our stay at the condo! The beach was amazing the condo was perfect and the owners were wonderful to deal with. We had a small hurricane while there and felt safe in the condo with the owners checking in to make sure we were safe. It was very memorable vacation for our family and we hope to someday return. Thank you so much!
