Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!
The Space:
Stunning ocean views await you from 216 at D Sands, also known as "Pacific Approach"! Take in the ocean breeze from the balcony while getting cozy in front of an intimate gas fireplace, and enjoy a home cooked meal from the full kitchen. This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a king bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.
Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

It was amazing!! Our host was amazing as well… very helpful in places to go.. I would highly recommend for a great one on one vacation but also is family oriented!!! I’m definitely looking forward for my next time,,, we are planning once a year..

Great condo. Beautiful view with balcony on the ocean with steps close by to walk on the beach. Fireplace with couch in front of it and TV were very nice. Super clean and comfortable. We hope to come again

Latoya, we are pleased to hear you had a nice stay and enjoyed the beautiful views from unit 215, Schooner or Later. This unit is our King bedroom sleep that can sleep up to six with an additional queen bed and sofa sleeper. As with all our units it comes with a stocked kitchen. Walking the beach is easy via our own beach access and speaking of location, not only are we centrally located to all things Lincoln City we are centrally located on the coastline so day trips to Newport, Pacific City, or Tillamook are an easy day trip away. We hope to host you again and D Sands Rentals.

Wonderful place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing! We are definitely staying here again this summer.

We're also always happy to hear housekeeping did a great job prepping the condo for you. We can't claim credit for the wonderful view, but our oceanfront location in the heart of town means you get the option to relax inside and watch the waves, wander down to the beach access, or explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The place was cute. We enjoyed our stay and loved our view. The only issues were the hot tub and pool were not open the whole time we were there and we did not love the side of the deck where the neighbors would lean over and look into our rooms. And their dog would bark at us. It really gave zero privacy vibes. But all in all we would love to come back and stay again.

The building is older and the unit we rented wasn't huge but it's in a great location with beautiful views and easy beach access. Would definitely stay there again!

We know this building is older, but our one bedroom, one bathroom condos offer much more space and a better location than most hotels at the same price point. All of our condos feature an ocean view balcony or patio, easy beach access on the property, equipped kitchenettes with full appliances, and our keyless lock technology for easy check in and out. And of course, we give our guests access to the HOA's pool and hot tub as well. We have a great location, and we do our best to give guests what they need to make the most of it! Relaxing time
Was a great place to stay while in town for a wedding. Great to be able to lay in bed and look out at the ocean.
