We appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the property and unit. D Sands is made up of 63 individually owned condos, so furnishings such as kitchen items and upgrades vary by owner. Your observations about the furniture, kitchen inventory, and convenience items like clocks and note supplies are very helpful, and we’ll be sure to share them with the owner of this unit for consideration. Regarding kitchen supplies, we do our best to stock each unit according to its guest capacity, and we’re always happy to provide additional items like silverware, glassware, or utensils when notified—just let us know during your stay and we’ll gladly assist. As for the building’s exterior and balcony areas, we understand how important cleanliness is, especially in a coastal environment. We’ll pass your feedback along to our property management team and HOA to ensure those areas are being properly maintained.
