The Space:
This 2,000 sq ft home in East Nashville is the perfect home base for your next trip to Music City. Boasting 4 levels (yes, stairs are required!), 4 bedrooms with 4 full baths, and a massive rooftop patio to enjoy views of the city. Broadway is just 4.2 miles away, or a 10 minute drive. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible to take you to all the Honky Tonks!

We are located next to active train tracks, and the train passes by a few times during the day and night.

The Neighborhood:
Burrowed in the heart of East Nashville, this townhome offers a great starting point for your Nashville vacation. When you need a break from Downtown, take a stroll across the train tracks to Southern Grist Brewery, a local tap room with craft beer and artisinal food. Brand new across the street is Highland Yard, a complex with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bar, gym, and spa. The complex is located next to active train tracks. The train passes by a few times during the day and night.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything went fairly smooth with our stay. I was a little nervous that I hadn't heard anything from the host until a few hours before our arrival. The house itself was beautiful and immaculately cleaned. It looks just like the pics online. We were unable to fully enjoy the rooftop patio because the tv wouldn't work. We also had to purchase batteries for the tv in the living room. We also had no idea that the property was literally right next to train tracks where an active train ran all day and night. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
