*For Reservations over 30 days- Security Deposit/Refundable is Required.
-Cleaning charge is $500. Per month.
A cleaning person will be required to enter and clean the property once a week.
-Maintenance people will be on the property as needed throughout stay. When needed to enter the property tenants will be notified.
This contemporary home offers many amenities including a large outdoor patio, hot tub and cooking area with outdoor bar.
This home is completley the guests space-except for the garage and the utility /storage room.
If guests need assistance I will be there when contacted. Please let us know if you need anything special on your arrival or during your stay-we want you to have a FABulous stay!!
Close to the beach, downtown Hampton-as well as major Highways.
Parking-there is plenty of off street parking at the house. A wide driveway with a turn-around. Close to the beach, downtown and major highways as well.

Please no smoking-or incense of any kind-strict policy-owner health risk. NO in fireplace-flue is closed will be a fire!!!! Only outside in fire pit/fire tables allowed. Dogs-not on furniture!!!! Please make sure you take animals outside and scoop/bag poop!!

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Hampton e vanta una posizione strategica sul litorale. Water Country e Sanborn's Candies sono due delle principali attrazioni della zona. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, è d'obbligo una tappa a Tugboat Alley e Fox Run Mall (centro commerciale) . Viaggi con dei bambini? Che ne dici di fare tappa a Great Bay Pottery, o di prendere dei biglietti per Casino Ballroom e andare a vedere un evento sportivo o uno spettacolo. Qui c'è tutto quello che ti serve per una giornata entusiasmante sulla neve! Un esempio? Ovvio lo sci di fondo. Se non ti basta prova un'attività all'aperto unica come il pattinaggio su ghiaccio.

Hello, my name is Ruthie- my Vrbo Home is located in the seacoast town of Hampton New Hampshire USA, about 4 min from the beach, 45 minutes to Boston, an hour to ski areas and the mountains, hiking/biking, and 4.5 hours from NYC.
I am a mother of two adult girls, I'm a designer and VP of global business development for a company. I also am passionate about the arts and hope you enjoy some of the artwork I have in the home.
Travel is something I need to do for my job, yet I am strategic…I try to combine my work travel with personal time..we often use Vrbo worldwide and have had access to the most incredible places to stay!

Every visitor receives a welcome basket of fresh fruit, snacks and items for cooking.
Coffee Bar with Nespresso Espresso/Coffee and Latte..and frother. Creams for coffee, and flavored Italian sweetness. We also have a complete bar of essential glasses, fresh lemon and limes will be in the refrigerator, as well as fresh ice and iceballs for bourbon etc.
