Stunning views, plenty of space for a large family, and the best of both worlds, with the peace and quiet of the bay, and a short walk to a beautiful beach!

The views were incredible! The main deck was our favorite place! Tina was very nice and responsive! She even let us know that the house was ready earlier. Many place for our family to sleep and large table to eat at. Easy walk to the beach. Neighbors were very nice! I recommend this place!

Perfect Stay for Family Gathering

The Harbor House was perfect for my family to gather for our destination wedding weekend in NH. The home is very well stocked and super comfortable for a big family. We lived every minute here.

Harbor House was the perfect place to gather for a long weekend celebrating our youngest child's graduation from UNH. The house was perfectly set-up for our entire family and their spouses to hang out with plenty of personal space and gathering areas. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the tide come in and out as well as the clammers on Saturday. The house is well stocked with what you need in the kitchen, towels and beach chairs. Tina was a terrific host with great communication. We will definitely rebook next time we are in the area.

Family vacation

3 families shared the house, it was a great place we enjoyed a lot of things in the area but we enjoyed the fireworks right front the deck at the house. The owner was available for every call and text and recommended some great places to eat.

Great Place!

This was all we could ask for. A cool house tucked away on a little peninsula on the water. The pergola room at the top was fantastic. Tina was kind and attentive. Awesome!

AMAZING rental

This is truly an amazing vaca rental: GREAT bay views, plenty of inviting spaces, close to everything but removed enough to still convey a incredibly welcoming and relaxingly vibe inside and out. The host was very responsive, thoughtful, and pleasant. I look forward to renting this incredible vacation home again and again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront home! From the stunning sunsets to the peaceful, sunny mornings overlooking the water, it was the perfect place to relax and reconnect. We especially loved watching the tide come in so we could paddle around and enjoy the water. It became a favorite part of each day.The home was ideal for our large family gathering. There were plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces to eat, visit, and simply enjoy being together. In fact, we found ourselves spending more time at the house than we ever have on a vacation because it was such a special place to be.The location is another huge plus—close enough to both Newburyport and Portsmouth to easily enjoy shopping, dining, and sightseeing, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. The home was thoughtfully stocked with the essentials we needed, making our stay easy and comfortable.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway and would happily stay here again!

Super. Kitchen was well stocked with ever appliance, utensils, and gadgets required. Spectacular views: although on vacation, we got up 3 mornings to see spectacular sun rises. Minutes to the beach and did the tidal flats daily.

Can’t recommend highly enough

Outstanding house, from amenities and space to cleanliness to location. The host could not have been more accommodating. Well worth the money. Would stay there again in a heartbeat, especially with a large group or 2-4 families.

The house and location were perfect for our family of 11, including one year old twins. It was immaculate and had perfect rooms for everyone. We loved the huge deck and spent many afternoons and evenings there playing games. The location was amazing. We enjoyed it even more than we thought we would and loved both low tide and high tide. We took our kayaks out several times. The entire trip was so easy. Tina was so accommodating and the house had everything we could want. Perfect week.

Dear Tina, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for our adult family gathering. We saw the sun rise and the sunset over the bay. We were thrilled to watch the tide come in and go out. It was Mother Nature's gift. The house was a place of peace and tranquility, and many happy memories were made. We had a wonderful time.

We so Loved our stay!!! Prob going back! Everything as mentioned. Except the spa is no longer there. We didn't care as we wanted the ocean. A group of 15 and we still had room to breathe and have our own space. A Gem!

OMGoodness, this property was exceptional. House was comfotable with room for all. Family games at the hugh table , while others enjoyed tv and the deck that overlooked the water. Water was cold of course but we still got in. Enjoyed the fact it was right here. Can't say enough about this vacation spot. The host seems so down to earth and welcoming. It was FANTASTIC! !!!!

Perfect

This property was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The decorating details were greatly appreciated. The house was stocked very well. Clean and comfortable! Location was amazing with just a short walk to Hampton Beach, but most water playtime was right at the house, as the water came up right to the bottom steps! At low tide walks in the title pools, and the flats were so much fun for the kids! Every amenity was provided and allowed for lifelong family memories. Will return!

Nice clean property on a quiet bay

We rented this nice summer home for a family reunion and spent a good deal of time in the glassed-in third floor tower that featured comfortable chairs and a lovely view of sunsets over the Seabrook nuclear power plant. Who knew such a thing would be one of our favorite memories? The only downside was that our first few days were wet and the last few coincided with the arrival of thousands of midges (or sand fleas or no-see-ums or whatever name you want to give them) so we were unable to use the lovely firepit on the deck. But the family we rented from were lovely and we had a wonderful stay.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed your time in Seabrook. Unfortunately the pesty little black bugs can come for a couple of weeks in the spring and we can never be sure exactly if or when they’ll be around. Unfortunately, we can’t control that or the weather… That’s the one drawback of beach life for ya! Hope to have you back if you’re looking to vacation in the area again!

Gorgeous home, helpful owner

We were a family of 4 adults, twin boys and a teen - each of us found spaces within the house to enjoy! The house has clean comfortable beds, a lovely living area with bay windows facing the Hampton river, cozy spaces for a teen to get her privacy, gorgeous views of the Hampton river from the main floor as well as an octagonal "tower room" as we called it. We enjoyed connect4 and scrabble on the 10 seater dining table provided by the owner. We were on the private beach everyday collecting shells and enjoyed the big float during high tide everyday that we were there! The sunsets on the deck facing the Hampton river are gorgeous! The owner was extremely helpful and answered all my questions patiently, responded quickly to all my queries and requests! Highly recommend staying here with family and friends!
