We’re glad your family enjoyed the amazing ocean view, the sound of the waves, and the convenience of having direct beach access. We’re also happy that the pet-friendly accommodations were a good fit for your family and that you would consider staying with us again. We appreciate you bringing the overflowing trash containers and pet relief area to our attention. We’ll share that feedback with the HOA Groundskeeping team so these areas can receive additional attention. We also understand your comments regarding the hot tub, pool temperature, and highway noise. The pool and hot tub are amenities managed by the Association of Unit Owners, and we recognize how disappointing it can be when an amenity you’re looking forward to isn’t operating as expected. As for the highway, our location right along Highway 101 does mean some traffic noise can be heard, particularly from the ground-floor units, although as you noted, it generally becomes quieter later at night. We’re pleased to hear the accommodations worked well for your family overall. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another coastal getaway!
