Great stay

We had a spectacular stay at 108 tristant. The condo was even nicer than the photos and everything from location to cleanliness to coziness to dealing with property manager was perfect. Would definitely stay again with our family!

Great location; enjoyed our stay

This condo was great for our needs with three sizable bedrooms. We enjoyed many late afternoon post-hike hours on the top deck (shaded on summer afternoons)--great views! While we were there the funicular worked great which was especially helpful on the walk back from downtown Mountain Village.

Do NOT rent this house. The bottom line is that we had a variety of maintenance problems throughout our entire two week stay, including insect infestation (this persisted for the entire trip, and meant giant spider crickets bouncing off our legs when we went into the bathroom at night, found inside the shower in the mornings and literally crawling on our clothes in the primary bedroom closet--we had to check every clothing item and suitcase for bugs before we packed to go home), a gas stove leak (that we identified), a water leak, mold in the shower, substandard kitchen supplies, light bulbs out, broken window control. In addition to the problems themselves, we spent our entire trip coordinating repairs, dealing with the management company, etc. At the end of the day, the folks at Exceptional Stays were responsive to our concerns and ultimately provided a modest discount. However, this does not make up for the fact that this house was not ready to be rented. It is clear that this home has not been maintained and the work was not done prior to welcoming renters. Telluride and this property are very expensive. We have been visiting for more than a decade and this was by far our most disappointing experience. There is no way we would return to this property.

Beautiful views and walking distance to market and gondola. Note that upstaris bedroom is two twins (that can be pushed together as shown in the photo).

Amazing Telluride property

This property was fantastic and we would stay here again any time. Absolutely beautiful. Very well stocked kitchen. Every amenity we needed for our comfort. Everything just as advertised. Highly recommended.

Wonderful mountain townhome

Great property with fabulous views. Nice bedrooms, comfortable beds. Three bathrooms was a plus. Fully equipped kitchen. The Dial a ride shuttle is great as are the gondolas that go into town. Market nearby is nice and has most anything you’d need. We loved our stay..

Great property, scenic Mountain View’s, heated bathroom floors and steam shower, gourmet kitchen well stocked, heated garage, and conveniently located near the mountain village market. This property managed by Exceptional Stays, won’t disappoint.

Family vacation

We stayed at this property with our two young adult children. The property was beautiful and the views were stunning. There were three levels of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had every amenity we could have needed. We had a few small issues that the management immediately responded to. The condo was very clean. We were a short drive down to the gondola that could take us down into Telluride. we had a fantastic stay.

Lovely Property in Mountain Village

This was our first time in Telluride, and we loved it! The townhome was perfect for my husband, son, sister and myself. We had a rental car, but used the free shuttle multiple times a day, as it's just minutes from Heritage Square. The townhome seems super new, and all the furnishings are unbelievably comfy, including the bed linens. My only thing I would have liked is a wood burning fireplace. From the crackling fireplace comment in the description, I assumed it would be, but they are gas logs that are more aesthetic than putting off any heat. Hardly, however a reason to not give a 5-star review to this immaculate property in a perfect location. What a wonderful stay!

Another Great Time in Telluride!

We had an absolute great time on our week in Telluride and our stay at this great house. The house was very well maintained, very comfortable beds all we needed in the kitchen and the local shuttle was a great bonus. We were a little worried about the ski in ski out but the funicular was an easy walk, but there were one or two times it was out of order. The shuttle quickly came to the rescue. The Mountain View and sunset were amazing on a clear afternoon. Highly recommend for anyone considering. To provide some improvement feedback, we were surprised at the microwave, pretty limping for. such a nice kitchen outfit and we had several issues with the main floor shower hot water temperature, not cold but definitely lacking on hot. Must be a separate system, not experienced anywhere else. But overall, great home, great stay and definitely a great time had by all!
