Awesome location in North Bethany

This condo is perfectly situated - private beach access steps from this lovely condo and near the bay side as well. Short drive to the heart of Bethany Beach and boardwalk.

Perfect place for us

We enjoyed our stay here...everything worked out great. Place was very clean-was all we needed.One suggestion- guests may want to bring their own pillows ( we did)

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s rental. Everything was clean and well kept. It looked exactly as described. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk is just a quick ride away.

Excellent stay for the family

The property was described well in the listing. It was a great spot for a family beach weekend. Karen let us check in early on arrival so we were able to utilize the amazing private beach early. It’s an excellent spot. Will stay again 100%.

Beach stay in Bethany

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The communication and cleanliness was great. Such a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t ask for a closer location and we loved the privacy. Thank you!!

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. It was clean, comfortable, and the close proximity to the beach made for easy trips back and forth with our gear. Karen was easy to reach and even let us know we could check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Summer Beach Vacation

Located between Bethany and Rehoboth beaches, this condo is one of four in the NIDA building. Chosen because it is a short walk to the ocean with no major roads to cross as you walk to private beach. Condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Excellent communication with owners.

Lovely!

This property was just perfect for our long weekend stay! It was clean, close to the beach and just enough size for us. Karen was readily available for quick communication as well. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 college age kids. It was very clean and well done. It is exactly as the pictures show and an easy walk to the beach. Karen was very responsive to any questions I had.
