This property is in a GREAT location. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. It has everything you need for a great vacation home. Would HIGHLY recommend this property. We LOVED everything about this property.

This property is the best we have stayed at in HH. The layout is perfect as is the location. Short walk to the beach and Coligny Square. House is stocked with everything you would ever need and the elevator actually works consistently. Outside area is outstanding. The owners are gracious and the property managers attentive although we never needed them.

21 Egret left our family with absolutely no RE-GRETS! The property description was 100% accurate. The house, amenities and proximity to Coligny Plaza and the beach were amazing! The home is perfectly appointed with all the kitchen equipment, beach chairs, beach and bath towels, and bath toiletries you could ever want. It was also clean, comfortable and comes with everything a large family would need for a perfect Hilton Head Island vacation including plenty of games and puzzles for rainy days, It was the perfect location for our four-family reunion. The property owner and management company were extremely responsive and great to communicate with throughout the process. I highly recommend this property and look forward to a future return!

Kitchen and dining tables were perfect for our large family, also having 5 rooms with king beds was outstanding! Perfect accommodations! We were very blessed and made many memories

Family Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for a large family. Great location with easy beach access and walking distance to stores. Many extras that made it easy for large group to enjoy their stay.

Family Vacay

This property is perfect for a large family vacation. The distance to the beach is amazing. The house had everything you need for the beach, cooking meals, and everything else. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay- perfect location

We’ve been coming to HHI for 23 years now, and this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed to date. The location is perfect and the house did not disappoint. The house was beautiful , had plenty of amenities , and the hosts were amazing. We will definitely consider this house again for a future visit!

Excellent Beach House

Couldn’t ask for a better beach house to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary to share with the full family! Pool was the very best to entertain the kids and relaxing for the parents! Enough space for each family to have their own space to relax or get quiet time after a long day at the beach or going to Savannah!

I’ve stayed at a lot of nice houses in Hilton Head. This is probably the best. Excellent location. Beautiful house. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house in a great location!

We LOVED our stay. It was very close to the beach. Beach chairs and wagon were super nice to have. It was also an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool and side yard. The house was well stocked and beautifully furnished.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and the house is very close to the beach. We appreciated the ample seating for meals and games. Having so many chairs and beach towels provided was beyond convenient. Thanks!

This home was perfect for our large family of 18. Everything you needed was there felt like home. The pool and the proximity to the beach were great for all. The screened in porch was great when it rained along with our morning coffee. Management staff was top-notch great communication when needed. Will definitely come back again.

Fantastic House for Large Family

This house was exactly how it was described and exceeded our expectations. Our family loved the house, the outdoor space, and the proximity to the beach. The property manager was just outstanding and so responsive to all our questions. Absolutely one of the best homes we have rented for our annual family reunion.

Family Beach Vacation

This house had all the amenities, and a great location near the beach and Coligny shopping! We had 10 adults and 6 small children who all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A family favorite hangout spot was the screened porch.

We travel with a large group every year. My 3 sisters, our families, and our Mom; there are 16 of us, 9 kids and 7 adults. This house was just perfect. The beach was just a couple houses down and easily walkable. So much so that the older kids would go back and forth for snacks on occasion. The pool was so refreshing and the chiller being in use was amazing in the dog days of summer! The screened in porch was very comfortable and offered a nice transition to the pool.There was so much room that we could all sit in the living room and watch a movie, we could all eat together, and everyone also had plenty of space to get away. The property manager was very communicative, friendly and a dream when we had any questions.The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly want or need, there's an additional fridge and an ice-maker downstairs. We could not believe all the things that were there for the beach, wagons, chairs, etc. Loading our things into and out of the house was a breeze as we used the elevator and that saved everyone a lot of work.In general, everything was well thought out, beautifully appointed, well stocked and so convenient. We didn't have to leave if we didn't want to, but the location was also great and Coligny Plaza and all of the shops and restaurants were just a couple of blocks away. Plenty of parking and space at the house as well. The house was so nice and we can't wait to come back, you can't go wrong renting here!

The property is everything it says it is. Proximity to the Beach and Coligny is perfect. Outdoor space is wonderful. They have plenty of Beach chairs so you don’t need to bring all the extra things you think you need. We will be renting this property again. We had 20 people in the house and never felt crowded.

Great for our large group

We had 8 adults and 12 kids (all 8 and under). This accommodated us so well. Further the house was meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival and the amenities exceeded all expectations. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our large group. This will be our house of choice when we come back to HHI.

Convenient and Comfortable

We had a great stay at 21 Egret. Reservation and check-in communication was timely and thoughtful. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. The house had everything you might need, including a well stocked kitchen, beach equipment, and games and puzzles to get us through a couple of dreary days. It was really nice to have easy walking distance to the beach, local shops, grocery store and dining.
