⭐"Simply amazing and fantastic management. We literally live out of AirBnB’s and can’t say enough about how we were treated and immediately fixed any issues quickly. The place was nicely furnished, modern with a brand new king sized bed! You’ll also love the well appointed lighting that is such a nice touch. The pool is heated and staff is friendly. There is Publix across the street, and many restaurants down on the first floor. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable, quiet and extremely comfortable!❤️"

Our property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. An 8-minute scenic drive, covering a distance of 3 miles via the causeway, will lead you to South Beach. There, you can bask in the sight of glamorous cruises docked at The Port of Miami on your right and gaze across to Star Island, the residence of the rich and famous, on your left. A leisurely stroll down Lincoln Road Mall, a 10-block stretch at the heart of South Beach, will indulge your shopping and dining desires. Getting Around:
Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.

At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, we can set you up with residential parking:
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay (only for reservations 21 days or longer). Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

***Parking for reservations less than 21 days- Opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.

Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.

Other Things to Note:
BOOKING RULES
After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.
***Must be 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. No third party bookings unless agreed by StayCozy. If you're booking on behalf of others please let us know prior to your booking.
***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES
Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement

NO SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.

CHECK IN
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.

CHECK OUT
The check-out is 11am.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.

MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.

LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

PARKING RULES
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month
*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.


BUILDING RULES
-VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.
